Pottsville Hotel — Hotel in Pottsville

First when we checked in, the first room they had for us was dirty and garbage everywhere! Then they gave us a second room and the beds were made but the floors were not vacuumed and the toilet was dirty on the outside with feces and hair! Third room again the floors were dirty but the bathroom were clean. The beds were made but when you pulled the sheets off the beds hair was on it! The manager Heather Hepler was useless. She kept hiding in her office and refused to come out to deal with the situation! I give great credit to Courtney and Brenda who kept apologizing and tried to fix it. Courtney took a vacuum and did the third room for us! The housekeepers would not clean our rooms everyday. I had 9 rooms and we stayed here for 5 days. 3 out of 5 days are rooms were not cleaned! We had to go to Wal-Mart and buy cleaning supplies! Again the complaints to Heather went on deaf hears! I asked to speak to her directly. I asked her to take a walk with me and show her how dirty her hotel is starting from the lobby to the elevators and floors. Also why were not out rooms cleaned when we were out from 9am to close to 3:30pm! She refused to come with me and she stood there and said nothing! No apology! Nothing! Filed a complaint with corporate. I hope they contact all the guest who stayed there this week and they will see that they have an incompetent Manager along with their sales Managers who stopped caring about this place! From the entrance, cigarette butts all over the ground, to the front desk rug that says Ramada is filthy. Walk inside the elevators you will see garbage inside the light fixtures and if it is a good day you also have sticky coffee on the floor. The hallways are dirty. Why are they not vacuumed every morning is besides me! And when you go to your room you can smell the carpet! The sheets and comforters are stained! I know that for next year when we book again for our friends and family, we will never book with the Ramada inn. Wyndum does not care for this place. If they did, they would have read all the reviews that people left and they would have either retrained their Managers Heather and Tammy or fired them for being incompetent! Heather has been here for 20 years for what the staff have told me. She does not care about her guest experience at her hotel! Neither does the corporate office because they continue to allow this to happen! We tried to find another hotel to go to in the area but they did not have 9 rooms available for the full amount of days! I just want to thank Brenda! Courtney and Stacey! These are the front desk workers who really went out of the way to fix things but they could only do so much. My suggestion would be hire Brenda for the Manager of the hotel, Courtney as the assistant! I came in town to catch up and visit with family so originally I was very excited but when I got to this place it was immediately shut down this place is the pits it's a drag we came in to make our reservations and some lady at the desk with black and blue hair kept getting smart we weren't even sure she worked there because she look like she had tights on I thought this was a more professional establishment but apparently not judging from the first impression which is the young lady at the desk with the blue and black hair bad attitude and dirty workout pants on then we had to keep getting Swiss to different rooms because they were all dirty this was a nightmare then when he finally put us in a room that wasn't filthy I got to investigating and everywhere had mold around the air conditioner around the sink in the bathroom and my cousin has asthma and I'm pretty sure that's black mold in that room I even heard there's a room with a hornet's nest in it or something and they're trying to blame the people in the room how do you blame the people in the room what they brought them in from outside or something this place is a nightmare and the methods come off very skeevy and they try to charge you for any and everything they have these little raggedy hand towels and rags that you can buy in bulk and you can plainly tell that they're low quality but if you do anything to them or if a stitch is out of place they try to charge you 10 or $15 for these little raggedy behind wash rags and when you turn on the AC it gives off a disgusting odor that's what I took the face off to discover it was filled with BLACK MOLD this place is disgusting this place is an absolute craft fest the girl at the desk is very unknowledgeable of her job and extremely rude the rooms are old outdated filthy and filled with mold only thing I like what's the big dude at breakfast I want in there to eat very limited selection it's these yellow box looking eggs and some pork sausage some bagels and some cereal and that's it I wound up sitting in there for a minute just talking to the dude that does breakfast BUT WE DEFINITELY WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT it was so much mold in my room I was scared to eat food from there housekeeping was cool the lady at the desk was rude and disrespectful the guy at breakfast was funny as hell but all and all I would never come back this place is awful oh yeah and they have no security and there is always weird looking people lingering either in the front or off on the side so be careful coming in STAY AWAY RRRUUUNNN THE GIRL AT THE FRONT DESK IS RUDE AND THE PLACE IS COCOON AND MOLD YOU PROBABLY WOULD BE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN...

SMH I don't even know where to begin this was exactly what I put at the title review it was exactly a DISRESPECTFUL MOLDY NIGHTMARE we tried making our reservations over the phone and the girl on the phone was so rude it was ridiculous every time we asked her a question she kept getting nippy we asked her to add our discounts she didn't know how to do it SMH it was ridiculous so we just came in in person I came in with my cousin first one we got in there and we were intercepted by some lady that I figured out was the one that was on the phone I can tell by the voice plus she was just as rude in person if not more than she was on the phone I asked her what her name was and she looked at me like she was going to get aggressive and then said PATRICIA SMH so I'm guessing that's what her name was after a struggle with her at the front desk and her attitude and what she didn't know how to do on the computer she sent my cousin to a dirty room he came back down to tell her it was dirty of course she got an attitude and sent him to two more rooms that were dirty finally they stuck him in a room it was ridiculous I dropped my stuff off and went to go try to get something to eat at the breakfast which was apparently still open and let me tell you that was ridiculous when you go in there there's not a very wide variety of things everything's dirty and sticky the floor sticky the counters are sticky the little cartons of milk are open but it's not for coffee it just looks like someone's drank from it and sat it on the counter this place was gross they had eggs and pork sausages but I absolutely do not eat pork so I try to get eggs they were cold and when I flipped one over one of them had the nerve to have MOLD I was disgusted but the table I sat at dripped on my arm when I looked up it was something leaking from the ceiling in the breakfast room this place is terrible I went back to the room to tell my cousin what happened and he started pointing out mold different places in the room this place was God awful that's why I marked it what I marked it A DISRESPECTFUL MOLDY NIGHTMARE SMH because that's exactly what it was we were disrespected constantly dripped on and hit with mold from multiple angles it was a nightmare I thought it was a prank at first but it's sunk in quickly that it was not a prank and you have to be on the lookout for people hassling you for money on the way in...
