Wow, where do I start? Talking about CUSTOMER SERVICE...Let me tell you this guy got it! No wonder his Excellent list of legitimate feedback, That's exactly what drew me to him immediately. And i could only hope I also turn out to become a satisfied customer, especially with the issues i was having, So i went in with expectations, Being in business myself, i know a thing or two about customer service and i recognize a great business man right away.
First i watched him handled the 2 customers ahead of me. He took time, I was starting to get impatient but i couldn't help but observe his interactions while picking up phone calls as well. i truly admired his communication skills, the value he put on each customer and the love and knowledge through his work.
Then as I approach and address my issues, he immediately recognized the problems and suggested very clearly a few different things. I had tons of questions and there was another client that came in after, But what I really liked He did NOT rush me like other businesses would have. He took his time and even gave me a paper to write down some of his professional recommendations,
Wow, I was blown away. I felt like I just came out of computer school and became a "little" expert in minutes. Haha! And when I mentioned how impressed I was with his CS and reviews, his humble response was "I'm just doing my job" Love it. That even tells me more about his ethics.
im huge in customer service because i provide my own customers with the most outstanding service. So when i feel neglected by a business, i take it very personally. i just don't get it! Joey did not shame me for my issues because i dint know anything about computers or doing things wrong or asking too many questions...Rather he EDUCATED me, Thank you Joey.
Next i would suggest Joey gives a class on customer service, seriously. That would change the world. This is the key to a successful business. Not so much your talents. Rather how you connect and value each and all your customers at all times
But i felt like i have known this tech for a while. Glad to know there are still decent people, Honest (not salesmen pushing a sale) and CS out there. He gives options. It's a very good feeling. Made my day!

We brought the desktop to the store and met Joey in person. He was very easy to work with and understanding. I learned that he has been running this business for 14 years and was a software engineer prior. Joey quickly identified the issue, which was a loose memory card. He secured the hard drive, lowered the clock speed of the motherboard to resolve the slow boot issue, and recovered the desktop very quickly. He also recommended upgrading the BIOS.

In addition, he is very honest with integrity and always thinks in clients' shoes, his price is very reasonable. Often times, if for simple issues he even didn't charge at all. Last time he spent about 30 minutes to help me opening up my computer with water in it, and took time give me instructions on what to do in order to dry out the water, when it's done he didn't charge me a penny!
