I had a very bad experience. I paid for a 90 minute session. It was supposed to be 60 minute massage with use of hot stones and 30 minute foot massage. The whole thing took one hour and when she started foot massage I asked about hot stone and she said she forgot. I had no idea how long it had been as there is no clock and I didn’t have my cell phone. She then used hot stones on my feet without letting me know. The stones were too hot and scalded my foot. When all was done I dressed and went out I checked the time and mentioned it was supposed to be 90 minutes and she was done within the hour. She then said we will fix it next time. What kind of answer was that? The money difference was really not my issue because it wasn’t much but the attitude. I should have received an apology and they should have offered to charge me less. Then the manger?? Maybe manager asked what was wrong and I explained and she said the same thing and didn’t offer an apology. I was so upset so I left 100 dollar bill which is what I was planning to pay before I started. Service I scheduled for 90 minutes was 80 and I planned on 20 . I now regret paying what was scheduled even though I didn’t get the full time. On top of everything the massage therapist did not even look up from her cell phone when I walked in for my appointment. . She took me to the room and rudely said undress and left. When she came back she didn’t knock on the door she just walkedI . Overall very unprofessional and massage was...
Read moreBooked an appt for the first time yesterday. Did a 2 hour massage with Soros. He did a great job! I am female and he was very respectful, kept me well covered, and asked if the pressure was okay and if I wanted him to focus on anything in particular. Then had a 1 hour hydration facial with Sara (?) which was also wonderful! She even went a little over the hour to treat a couple problem areas. She was very nice and we had a great conversation! The only thing I could even remotely say went not as expected was when I booked the appts (my mom and I went together and got the same services) online, their website asks you to select the staff that you would like for each service based on a description of their experience. Neither my mom or I got the massage person we had booked. It ended up working out fine because Soros did a great job, but I was just a little confused why it has you select who you want if you aren't going to get those people? In any case, definitely had a great experience and will absolutely be going again...
Read moreI've been here for a while now and highly recommend to anyone. It is definitely best to have an appointment, but they have accommodated me as a walk-in customer as well.
Updating my comments; maintaining the 5 star rating (that feels too low):
I always ask for Vinna, she has taken the time to learn about my many military related injuries and has brought me great comfort - I have developed a weekly appointment because of her skill. Recently, I pointed out an area (where I had surgery a few years ago) and commented it had been bothering me for a couple days, a few minutes later I was much looser and no longer experiencing that pain, additionally the area has remained pain free since.
Honestly, I do not know how to speak highly enough of this location or Vinna!
If I do have any constructive criticism, it would be that there are times that it is a little on the cooler side to start.... This may be my fault as I frequently call when I am headed toward the spa, if I called ahead I'm certain that they would try to...
