Rosaria Pizza — Restaurant in Poway

I have eaten this pizza since I was 13, when I moved to poway, from Cardiff. And the owner is a pizza perfectionist. Hes been in business over 40 years, hes always stayed in poway, ▪︎ First by t,g,and y store and nail salon. Then over to a dine in/take out/delivery, across the street above the gas station on powerade and poway rd., then to his current little , pizza parlor eatery/delivery and always take out . This is a well run family business, that never fails to satisfy my eatting indulgences. He does Italian foods , he has the best quality products with excellent prices. And the portions are very filling. His family has always maintained high caliber cleanliness standards and they are always the best antipasto salad makers in the whole county, his dressings so good, ooh I'm hungry. Pizza is ok but the workers here need to get it together. Last night they told me to come in 30 minutes but the pizzas weren't ready for another 20 minutes so I just had to wait around. The other people there were also told to come earlier than their pizzas were ready and were also standing around. This happened the other 2 times I ordered here so there's just a total lack of respect for people's time.

Another thing that bothered me is I also forgot the name of the special with 3 large two topping pizzas and a salad for $30. So in the phone he said "we have a special for 3 large two topping pizzas for $36". I said ok, then when I picked them up noticed that's just three pizzas at normal price.

Just be more honest and respectful and you'll have a lot...

Today is my birthday. I was trying to decide between Filipi's Pizza or trying Rosaria's for the first time. It will be my last. The order was placed, and then got contacted 1 of the order items were not available, a salad. So one would think they would make sure the rest of the order was perfect: WRONG! The pizza was not to the order, and the only resolution was crediting a missed item. I'll stick to Filipi's going forward because if a company cannot make sure the rest of the order is good after now missing 2 items, it's not worth ordering...
