A Weird Dining Experience! The dining experience started with walking in and standing at the front entrance for five minutes at the restaurant. We eventually got seated and got our menus. Our waiter comes back a few minutes later and we order chicken pho, beef stew pho, and two glasses of water. He comes back with sprouts and sauces for the pho and asks if we still want water. I thought it was kinda weird cause we just order water, but said yes and thought nothing of it. Then are pho's arrived, the first bite of the beef in the beef stew pho was cold! And if it wasn't cold it was a bit chewy. The waiter comes back and I tell him that the beef is cold and I no longer want it and instead I will just get an order of spring rolls. He walks away to talk to someone and a few minutes later someone else comes over to the table. He then starts to explain to me why my beef in my pho is cold instead of just taking it! And while I was sitting there I was thinking I don't care why the beef is cold, I just don't want pho with cold beef. By the end of it, he eventually said he will take it and get me a new one but by then I already lost my appetite. The spring rolls never came and for the chicken pho, my friend said it was good. It was nothing special but by no means the worst chicken pho they ever had. We go to the counter to pay and the beef pho we didn't eat was on the bill, we ask him to remove it and he does. And that was that! The waiter was nice but with everything that happened, I can't say I recommend this place. And for the wait at the front door, I believe they were just understaffed and busy with the dinner rush. Nonetheless, it was a weird...

Ordered lastnight and as we got home and preparing for dinner, I noticed that an item was missing. It was the extra grilled chicken. I called the restaurant and spoke to one of the asian lady employee and explained to her the situation. She said to come back the next and bring the receipt. I went back to the restaurant the following day and spoke to the lady manager. She said that she only knew about the DRINK issue and not the chicken which I had explained again to her. She called the person that I talked to yesterday and couldn't understand what was going on. I even said that I will order more food but I want them to add the missing item yesterday, and she went in the kitchen and argued with the chef and couldn't decide what needs to be done over a $5 item. I told her that I will not order anything any more and demanded my refund! I got soo upset that a restaurant manager is incompetent and unable to make a decision over a $5 item that they messed up on. I don't recommend coming in to this restaurant because we know for a proven fact that their food isn't as good as other local vietnamese restaurants in the area. They are more expensive that the other Asian restaurants and you always have to worry about your missing order. No wonder, another customer was very upset yesterday as I was about to leave with my order. Another unhappy and upset customer. Seems like there's a trending pattern...

We were hesitant to try this place based on the reviews but are really glad that we did. Bottom line is either the reviews are wrong or the restaurant completely turned things around already. We had a great time and will definitely be going back.

We went in on Friday night at 7pm and the place was packed but we were able to get seated right away which was nice. The service was great, the food came out very quickly and was very good. My mother in law got the salmon but without the sauce on top and the manager made a point to come out and let us know that even without the sauce on top, all the salmon are pre-marinated. He wanted to make sure that was still ok which we thought was nice and she ended up loving the salmon. My wife and I had their pho and it was the best broth that we’ve had before. We spoke with the manager later who told us that for their broth they bake the bone marrow to give it more flavor. The manager was very nice and went out of his way to make sure everything was great.
