If I could give a ZERO I most definitely would! This is by far the worst customer service experience Iāve ever received! I ordered from this place at 1830 (6:30 PM)and was updated through the app that my meal was going through quality check at 1900 (7:00 PM). I called after my wife informs me of the time, by then itās 2000 (8:00 PM). I then have to wait over 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Of course by this time Iām already having to find another option for dinner for my family, another problem in itself. When I finally get a hold of someone and ask for a manager the unprofessional woman who answered the phone seemed very nonchalant. When I explained all that has transpired, asking why wasnāt I informed, she goes on to say they are on a 4 hour delivery time. None of which was ever communicated to me. When I asked her simply why wasnāt I called to be informed of this delay, her response was āWe canāt call you because then we would have to call everyone else and there are other orders ahead of yoursā. I couldnāt believe this was coming from someone who claims to be a manager. Of course her name wasnāt given and of course I canceled my order. Problem is, my household has used this location before and they may have had a delay here or there, but had the decency to call to let us know. Iām not sure who they have working there as of late, but they have officially lost a loyal customer due to it. I have been in customer service for over 18 years and would never inform a customer that I couldnāt contact them for an update on something they have ordered from me or are waiting on. This is completely unprofessional, shows no care or concern about my business, and will not be tolerated. I will be sure to not recommend this location to anyone and will be sure to give my business to a company that actually wants and deserves it. Completely dissatisfied!...

My previous order from this location was great along with the service but after receiving my delivery order 2 hours after I placed it, everything in my order was burned and the lettuce in my salad was discolored.
I tried calling the location and was on hold for several minutes so I drove to the location to return everything. When I got there the phone was ringing and no one answered it so that explains why I was on hold and no one answered.
I saw they were busy so I waited patienly for someone to help me but no one came to the counter until I flagged someone down.that didn't look to be doing anything at the moment. I told him what happened with my order and said one second. Stepped to a person who looked to be a manager and explained a problem with my food. The "manager" then said, "I don't have time for this, there are 3 other managers here that can help." The employee looked stunned and embarrassed and I said to him "so this is how it's going to be." Then another person with green hair stepped up to the counter and I showed my order that was burned and had missing toppings.and she walked away.
Finally, the "manager" came to the counter, asked for my receipt, which I explained it was a delivery and showed my phone receipt, then asked for my address. At that point I didn't want a remake of my order I just wanted a refund. He gave me a receipt and didn't apologize. I asked him to explain the receipt and he said my order was voided and walked away.
Apologizing for my burned, missing toppings, and discolored salad would have gone a long way but I will never order at this location again. Would have scored 0...

Well here's my recommendation for this place. Don't order online. We got a coupon in the mail saying, "Dear valued customer we are sorry about your late delivery on your last order, please have 50% off on your next pizza.) Clearly this is sent to everyone because we hadn't order Domino's in almost a month, but whatever half off on pizza, but it required you to go online. Online, the thing they have been advertising like CRAZY! I mean I've used it before but I don't really care for it because basic pizza's are harder to find on their menu. I don't feel like I should have to build a veggie pizza or supreme each time, I want to just click on it, show the toppings, add, edit, whatever, you know simple stuff; but that's just my opinion. Long story short after placing our order at 7:55, I received a confirmation email....30 minutes later, stating that our order would be here in 30 minutes, which it was, an hour after I originally placed my order. Evidently each store has to operate their online website, and clearly the person who was operating there must have been taking a smoke break. When we finally got our pizza at 9 not only was it cold, it looked like the driver had eaten all the toppings, I MEAN IT WAS DEAD. Sadly we've used this Domino's before, and everything was fine. If anything that's why I'm giving them a 3 star review, and while granted you know I could have written a positive review for the times I've eaten there, again I say this is a pizza place, IT'S NOT...
