It was raining but they owner was in high spirits about having us.
He walked us through safely procedures and had PPE there so we didn't have a high risk of hurting ourselves. Plus had FirstAid Kit which came in handy since I didn't put on my gloves correctly the first turn I had in with my group. Also we could play out music through the Bluetooth speakers he has set up.
There was a lot of small glassware that was fun to play Baseball with and a small structure table thing to set things and whack at.
It was ok and fun but the more enjoyable things were the bigger electronics that took time to whittle down at with collaborative strikes. Like a microwave, small ac unit ,that wasn't the main one they had protected, printer and speaker.
The guy was real nice and came to check up on us every so often and provide us withore structural things to break. And he gave us water which was really needed.
My only only problems were my expectations on the room since I was going in blind since I was invited. It was a little small, 20ft(ish) x 20(ish) x 10(ish). A little barren (probably so it's easier to clean since I think it's just the guy running it) and it can get hot after about 10 minutes of whacking things.
The AC probably did help keep it from being too hot though so I'm glad for it.
And lastly there was a good selection on things to use to break the items provided, the iron bar, being the heaviest thing, held up the best and destroying things.
The microwave looked banged up when we received it but it looked like the front end of a terrible car accident after we were done with it and the printer didn't print monocrome because it was missing cyan so we beat the Magenta out of it until it was just computer chips and plastic.
Overall it was a great time and would like to plan another day to come over with...
Read moreIf you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by stress, anger, or frustration, a rage room might be exactly what you need. I recently visited one, and I can confidently say it was one of the most therapeutic and exhilarating experiences I’ve ever had.
Walking in, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The idea of breaking things as a form of stress relief seemed almost too simple to be effective. But as soon as I put on the safety gear and grabbed my first weapon of destruction—a baseball bat—I felt an immediate shift. The moment I swung at a glass bottle and watched it shatter into pieces, a wave of relief washed over me. Each smash, each crack, and each explosion of debris felt like releasing bottled-up emotions I didn’t even realize I was holding onto.
What makes a rage room truly amazing isn’t just the destruction—it’s the freedom. There are no rules, no expectations, and no consequences for letting out all your frustration. It’s an environment designed purely for release, and that’s what makes it so effective. Unlike other stress-relief methods that require self-restraint or composure, a rage room encourages you to let go completely.
Beyond the immediate catharsis, I left feeling lighter, calmer, and more in control of my emotions. It’s not just about anger—it’s about clearing mental clutter, processing stress, and embracing a raw, unfiltered form of emotional release. Whether you’re dealing with personal struggles, work stress, or just need a new way to unwind, I highly recommend giving a rage room a try. It’s an unforgettable experience that proves sometimes, breaking things can help put you...
Read moreI recently visited TotalRage with my father for Father’s Day, and we had an incredible time! We smashed 45 items, including beer bottles, plates, and even a metal pan. The experience was thrilling and definitely a unique way to bond and relieve stress.
The person running the establishment was fantastic—super nice, very friendly, and incredibly courteous. We enjoyed engaging with him and learning about the facility and his vision. His passion for creating a fun and safe environment was evident.
A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be great to have a sanitizing station available for customers. While we trust that the owner sanitizes the items, having the option to sanitize the equipment ourselves would add peace of mind. Additionally, longer gloves would be helpful. I did get a couple of bruises, but this isn’t a reflection on the owner’s commitment to safety. He took safety very seriously, which we appreciated. I just think the equipment could be a bit more heavy-duty to prevent minor injuries.
Overall, we had an amazing experience and will definitely return. We were recommended by a group of friends, and it lived up to the hype. TotalRage is a much-needed addition to the Powder Springs area, providing a fantastic way to blow off steam. Thanks for the...
