I cannot recommend Gigi the owner of hair fetish couture. Went 3 times for extensions her personality completely turned me OFF! She is obnoxious over bearing and money oriented. Claims she works three jobs. I never saw anybody else in the shop when I was there. It looked dirty. Her partner left went to a different shop I can see why! 🤔 She overcharges for basic services claims that she has so much experience. I've dealt with a lot of hairdressers she not special anybody could do what she does. She has a high opinion of herself. Never was on time for the few appointments I had she was always 40 minutes late 😡 then gaslit me like it was my fault! I don't like sitting in a hot car waiting on a supposed professional who is habitually late and doesn't apologize for it! She insists on cash refuses to take a credit card that is very inconvenient. She drove me to my bank to get her money didn't Trust me to go get it bring it to her how insulting. If she wants your opinion she'll give it to you. I have blonde hair she used black nylon string to sew in my hair extensions she used a net cap on me way too hot 🥵 if you try to ask her a Question an have asked it previously she will turn on you loudly chastising says I've already explained it once and talks down to you like your a child annoying her she's the perfect example of a Karen who bullies clients for a power trip. Never call her on weekend Monday or Tuesday for an appointment she turns off her phone will chew you out for that. In summary avoid her like ebolia prepare to bring $1500 in cash at minimum an expect a dose of bullying from a large drama queen to go with your hairdo the word (fetish in her buss name) is spot on it suits...
