I feel this place could win if they'd get it together. Dirty tables and benches. Guy cashier wiped is nose with hands. Took orders and made food. Washed nothing. The young lady took my order. But neither of them washed hands. I'm very concerned about kitchen. You can't see inside. The door stays closed. The first time I went the owner was there. Maybe that's why the windows were cleaned. I saw score too late. There's nothing good in this area to eat on this style menu. Why is cleanliness so hard in restaurants. Sad. I love the set up. But the hygienes. The cook and cook staff was sketchy when I was leaving and seen some things that made me question why the door is closed. Even Chinese restaurants let you see kitchen. Apron was on going into what looked to be bathroom. Nice young lady. No hand washing. The young fella definitely was wrong for wiping his hand across nose. Then fixing orders in bags. He went to back. I hope they tighten up. Lots of poor current reviews and looks. I just saw the owners response. I would like to see the video. That's a lie. The young fella wiped his hand across his nose! Your reviews are low! Your store scores are in the 80's! Anyone who knows about store scores knows anything less than a few points off is usually some sort of food dirtiness. Or uncleanliness. All I'm saying is you have the right idea! Your store ALWAYS gets sad and bad reviews! Why is so hard for restaurant Owners to understand. Cleanliness! Good food! Good staff who considers cleanliness goes along ways! The only reason you've most likely lasted this long is because Powder Springs In this area has nothing good to eat around. The Little Caesars so far has been the only one who stays on point. Dude I saw you having guys paint. On a very cold day. You had the doors propped open freezing the customers. Just use the sink to wash hands. Clean tables on downtime. I haven't looked in the bathroom! Look at your reviews! Look at how I saw NO ONE washing their hands. You have a nice location. If you're gonna hire young people train them about hygiene. They most likely don't have any push in their personal space. It's fella! I have Son's they're definitely all boys! I stay on them. And women have those gross nails that need washing between handling food! An 89 B. Is nothing to be proud of in...
Read moreCRITICAL REVIEW: Food - The food was overall good but I felt gross eating their food (read full review for more info on that). I ordered lemon pepper wings with regular fries (the seasoned fries are far better) good flavor and cooked just about right. No stars lost here
Appearance- The restaurant was not necessarily dirty but messy. Behind the counter there was a bunch of clutter which was not appealing. This is -1 star
Service - The service was very sub par for lack of attention and hygiene. I was with 2 other people all trying this place for the first time. My friend didn't receive his fries till we were done eating. We had asked half way through the meal where the fries were and we're were told that they were coming. Keep in mind me and my other freind got our fries when our wings came out. We then asked again when we were done eating and the lady at the front had completely forgotten about the fries and when we got them it was obvious that there had been done for a while sitting under a heat lamp. As for hygiene the lady at the front touched her face a lot and ran her fingers through her hair. People in the food industry should not touch their face or hair that is a hard and fast rule. The second thing that was an issue was my order came out with ranch and I prefer Blu cheese. Their sauces come pre packaged and when I had asked for Blu cheese the lady had reached for my ranch to take it back assuming she was going to put it back but my friend had asked for the ranch as she picked it...
Read moreReally good wings. Really chaotic service. Order was called in ahead of time. It didn't start being cooked until after I arrived + 30 minutes. Then, they weren't really sure what I ordered and had to check my order by opening it in front of patrons and all this during the pandemic.
They simply didn't think to manage estimates when orders were called which would have reduced the tension in the room.
Cashiers were not empowered and looked resolved to let the chaos happen. The restaurant needs the experience of a trained chef to streamline both front and back of house.
They clearly violated any and all COVID-19 guidelines as it pertained to the number of person allowed in the facility but their confusion and chaos caused patrons to advocate for their orders.
All in all they are probably fine in normal conditions but they fell apart during high demand moving quickly from slow to unsafe.
Recommendations: The very loud woman needs to step aside and enlist the services of a consultant who can help empower the cashiers to take and manage orders.
Implement online ordering that integrates with a in house POS...
