Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Powder Springs

The gravy was watery The frys were not cooked all the way The drinks were like syrup and then they gave us all melted ice cream. I tried to explain it to one of the employees and the manager jumped in and said insert your card for the refund on the dilly bar. And when I went to do so turned to all the employees and yelled and laughed and said “she thought she was going to get a refund yall!” Embarrassed me in front of the entire store. Then refused to give me a refund and kept laughing at me in front of everyone and the cops came and I explained the situation and they said it’s civil and to report her to the general manager. When they walked up to get the information of the general manager with me she smiled at them and said I am am the owner!!! And smiled. They said ok well corporate and she said it will come back to me and smiled again. The officer told me outside to report her to corporate no matter what. This was the worst experience in a business I’ve ever had. My husband had to take my children out of the building. We would’ve loved to have just gotten something different for my daughter, but considering she has feeding aversions this was totally uncalled for an embarrassing and my children were crying outside because of her behavior.. The lady cop that came also told me report her, no matter what, because it may not come back to her the way she expects it too....

Attended this establishment and ordered one regular strawberry blizzard. A medium. I was disappointed when I received it because there were no fresh strawberries inside of it it was very vanilla looking and tasting there was a hint of pinkish reddish coloring to it as if there may be the strawberry flavor. However I'm very used to getting fresh strawberries inside of my regular strawberry blizzard. I have been to several Dairy Queens and my strawberry blizzards always have the fresh strawberries in them. I went through the drive-thru, the customer service was fine straight to the point however I would prefer to have a do-over with my choice of ice cream flavoring as well as it being a little bit too watered down into vanilla.

I visited this Dairy Queen Another Day and received a mini blizzard. Once I paid for my blizzard I realized I paid $4.62. However you could have gotten a regular size blizzard for $5.25. I was a little Disturbed that the young person taking my order did not suggest sell the regular size blizzard to me or just say the price difference because when I got to the window I said well how much is a regular and she told me it was basically like a dollar difference when I could have just paid a dollar and got a significantly larger blizzard. However the service is always Pleasant and the blizzard...

Rude- Last night on 9/19/2024, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a medium blizzard and onion rings. It was until I got home that I realized I didn’t get my onion rings. So I looked the number up to call and by that time they were closed so I waited until this morning 9/20/2024 to try and call when they opened to see how I can be compensated and no one answered. I tried calling two more times a few minutes ago And I finally got an answer. This really rude and disrespectful lady answered and kept getting smart when I was treating her with nothing but respect. I explained the situation and she immediately said “well you should’ve called that manager last night” . I said “yall were closed”. Then I proceeded to ask how can I go about that? She gone say “I already told you what you needed to do. You should’ve called the manager last night. Her customer service SUCKS!!! Those bad vibes even through the phone are CONTAGIOUS! Zero stars I DO NOT recommend! Thank you. Update:
