Arby's — Restaurant in Powdersville

Ordered 2 shakes and a fry at the window. Was told we had to wait two minutes for the fries and to pull around front. No big deal. After ten minutes I went back inside and asked about the fries. A very rude woman who insisted she was the manager asked me for a receipt. I said, "the gentleman who took my order is right there, can you confirm with him?" She refused again insisting she was the ultimate authority. She then said I hadn't paid for the fries but would "give me some for my wait." After getting my "free fries" I went back to the car and retrieved my receipt. Back inside she refused to even turn around and acknowledge me. Rude as can be. I stopped by Arby's for a milkshake and was told by the person in the drive-thru the total was $ 5.45 , I gave the young man $ 6.00 total in one dollar bills. He thanked me and I almost drove off but he owed me .55 cents change so I asked him for my .55 cent . He handed me my receipt with 25 cents, so I asked him about the additional change and he said you will have to wait until I open my drawer again. I was so mad I just drove off. If one person takes 25 cents from every customer that comes thru the drive thru a day, not only do you loose profit but will loose customers also. My experience on 01/07/25 was the worse I have ever experienced. First the manager was rude and got an attitude because I wanted my food cooked fresh. She was saying horrible stuff towards me and on top of that the cook stopped making food to clean up. Mind you he still had the gloves on he been fixing food with a was dumping trash an picking stuff off the floor. He then came over and started fixn my food with the same gloves on and when I told them I wanted a refund the manager said something else towards me before giving my money back.
