We have always enjoyed Don Gino’s for pizza - it’s close by and fairly inexpensive. It’s thin and crispy crust, which is my husbands fave, and it’s greasy without being TOO over the top.
Today, I decided to try the Stromboli because their website says it’s “to die for” - that’s some high praise. They weren’t lying - the Stromboli will kill you. Don’t get me wrong, I love cheese, but I had about two bites and just felt like there was a brick of cheese in my stomach. It was so off putting - it’s inside the Stromboli and melted on top - it’s way too much. All you can taste and feel is cheese (and an hint of pepperoni in my case) I couldn’t even tell there was bread honestly. And it might explain the GREASE. I cannot fully even describe it. My car seat was COVERED in the two minute drive from Don Gino’s to my house. The grease was just running out of a corner and bottom of the box. For the love of god add another layer to your boxes! Don’t get me wrong - it wasn’t BAD, exactly, but it was not a very pleasant thing to eat either. And it’s Stromboli, of course you expect it to be cheesy and greasy, but this was just far, far too much.
We haven’t tried their subs, and I’m a little scared to now. If you decide to eat here - Order a pizza and a side salad, stay far, far away from the Stromboli. You’ll...
Read moreAlthough I previously gave them 5 stars changing that to 3 stars now We ordered pizza from this place regularly, unfortunately their crappy system no longer tracks the history of your orders which meant I had to recreate and order new every time, this drive me to reduce my rating of them by one star, I no longer can just reorder same pizza pies Their prices are frankly two high which drove to reduce by one more star Their front desk service and entryway is just too junky Overall the pizza is still good but these issues will drive me to look elsewhere

Found it !!! What a great pizza place in such an unexpected location! Late night, We ordered two large with 3 toppings each, I was not honestly expecting a high quality pizza, but prior reviews got us to try it. Omg, their pizza was simply amazing, the homemade like crust and the generous toppings were perfectly tuned into a true great pizza work of art The price was about $15/pizza which is also reasonable for the quality and quantity you get Important to note, I rarely give raving reviews like this, but this one is absolutely worthy !!! Way to go...
Read moreAbsolutely fantastic little pizza spot! This place is a hidden gem — the kind of hole-in-the-wall you hope to find. The food was seriously good. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor. I also tried the stromboli, and let me tell you, it was absolutely stuffed with ingredients and packed with gooey cheese — just the way I like it!
What really stood out though was the service. The owner actually came out and personally walked us through the menu since it was our first time there. He was super hands-on, genuinely passionate about his food, and made us feel right at home. He even brought our order out to us in the parking lot — you don’t get that kind of personal touch much these days.
Service was fast, food was delicious, and I’m already looking forward to going back to try more of the menu. If you're looking for great pizza and even better people, this is your spot....
