McDonald's — Restaurant in Prairie Township

I visited this location on 10/01/2018 and will never go back. After I got home and began to eat my burger i noticed that it was raw!!!!! So i called the location and informed them of this and spoke to a woman that claimed to be the manager, she stated that her name was Alaina and that she would write my name in the books and comp us for our meals, great right??? Nope! I went back to get my meal, we first go thru the drive through and tell them what we're there for, I told them that Lana, Alana or Alaina was the manager we spoke, I could not remember exactly what the "manager" said her name was. I was the corrected by the woman over the speaker and she said Alaina was the managers name, she told me to hold on, she then came back on the speaker and said we would have to come inside to speak to the manager. We went inside and the employees say that there is no one there by the name Alaina and that in order for them to do anything about the situation I would need to go home and dig the burger out of the garbage and bring it to them so they can make sure they made it, I had pictures and the receipt. I went home and later called back and when a guy answered the phone I asked to speak to the general manager. He claims he is the GM and that his name is Brandon. I inform him of whats going on and he tells me that i will need to bring him the food for him to do anything about it. I said so let me get this right, you're the GM and you can't do anything about this situation unless i dig the food out of the garbage and bring it to you? And he then claims he is not the GM but the assistant GM. I told him I would be calling corporate and hung up. The employees we spoke to including a woman who was dressed as if she was the manager were completely...

Got there just a minute or 2 after 10:00 PM. Drove up to the drive through and waited 4 minutes for the only car in front of me to pull forward. No one came on the speaker for 5 minutes. I said "Hello" like a dumb bird the whole time. Gave up and drove around to the pick up window as no one was at the register window and found a young man restocking the cooler. He looked at me, then again, and finally opened the window and asked, "Did you order the coke?" I told him I hadn't ordered at all and had been here 10 minutes without knowing if they were even open, no service. He apologized and told me that it was apparently shift change. He took my order as everyone else that had now gathered in the drive through pulled around as they were not being helped either. I waited another 4 to 5 minutes for my food (I should have just left but he already took my money). During my wait for the food after placing my order there was obviously a manager at another register diligently typing but she never came over to help rectify the issue or ensure what was wrong was being made right. My entire experience was at the hands of a slightly confused but diligent 18 year old Male. He returned with my change but it was the wrong amount (in my favor by a dollar). He then foisted the sack through my window. My order was correct but there was an additional large fries. When I got home it was as if all of the food was what was left in the fryer (irregular, over done nuggets), gummy fries and cold burgers. Got the sauces wrong too. Trifling, filthy, nasty place! Service for the whole year I’ve lived out here has been below poor! I’ve never had a pleasant experience, I always have to wait 10-15 minutes for cold food (no matter if I’m in the drive thru or inside) after I wait for an eternity, I have to send the food back because it’s cold, it’s old, my drink even had a gnat in it once then I asked for a replacement it was a problem by the time she broughten me my tea I was so upset I walked out without realizing she’d given me an unsweetened tea after I stressed to her I wanted a sweet tea with lemon! Like every night I stop in to get something as simple as a 10 piece nugget they mess my order up how hard is it to count nuggets?! The lady at the register (older heavy set black woman works cash register 3rd shift) keeps an attitude and as someone who has been in hospitality/ customer service for about 10 years can honestly say she’s the worst ever ewww for real like she always has to be seen always talking about another coworker when she opens the window, cursing and all ugh making us black women look bad this store needs an F-! I wish corporate would come in and have them be trained the right way and not be trained by a west side crackhead! No no no no no! Take the kids to play and that is it then again the play area probably has every kids nasty germs on it since they opened! They only hire drug addicts clearly.
