In the drive thru we ordered a box combo with an extra sauce and toast. The girl replied “box combo with no slaw and sauce” we replied no but was interrupted with her yelling “what drink?” We responded again the order and she replied the same thing and once she relayed the right order I said a rootbeer to drink she interrupted us again with “a lemonade?” We corrected her for the 4th time now and proceeded with the next order which was a box combo with and extra sauce she relay at the end “a box combo with a toast and rootbeer, and a box combo with a coke and sauce, pull up.” Once we got to the window which was after some time because the person in front of us was also having an issue. The women at the first window relayed “2 box combos with an extra fry?” We responded no and correct the staff for the 7th time!!! Once we received our me we only got 1 of the 2 extra sauces and an extra toast and extra fry(which we did not order). The staff taking the order was so rushed and not listening to us at all and then did not put in the order she said finally. I’ve never had this much confusion happen while ordering. You could clearly hear screaming and laughing coming from inside as well so there she probably wasn’t even...

I think we can all agree McDonald's has a standard for food that's usually not horrible but never fantastic. 70% of the time that I eat at this Cane's I regret going and wish I went across the street and had McDonald's and ordered their chicken tenders instead. It seems everytime I go here the chicken gets smaller and less cooked than the previous time. If it weren't for the Cane's sauce there wouldn't be any flavor to the meal. I've had great chicken, toast, and fries from this Cane's before but that was probably once in November and never before and not since. They also don't know how to fill a cup with ice without filling the cup 5/8th of the way full of that crushed ice, which takes up all of the volume of the cup and leaves none for your beverage (note: this is not unique to this location). I only return as much as I do because there isn't very many locations to get food in the area.

TL;DR if you want consistency go across the street to McDonald's. If you like to gamble and have a slightly better chance at winning than the slots at Hollywood Casino, go to this Cane's and...

I usually have a great experience at canes, my daughter loves canes so I’m always taking her up there. This particular time I went to the drive-through a white male handed me my drinks. As I was reaching for my second drink I accidentally touched his hand slightly with my pinky I barely touched him. ( but it’s Covid so I can understand his frustration) This man wipes his hand on his pants after he gives me my drinks and walks away from the window to wash or sanitize his hands. He comes back and goes back-and-forth with a girl who’s packing my food in a bag. He walks away then she tossed my food by the window and everyone is looking around so I’m assuming he refused to come back to the window because I accidentally touched his hand. so the female who is making drinks had stop what she was doing to hand me my food. I thought that was the rudest thing in the world that I ever experienced in my life. Like after The female tossed my food by the window we literally sat in the drive-Thur for another two minutes and I watched my food sit there. I will not be returning back to...

I love the chicken here but I would most certainly say, it’s much better as fresh as you can have it. Not a huge fan of the slaw or toast, but the sauce and chicken are all it takes! Fries (crinkle cut) are as equally prone to that freshness / quality correlation as that delicious fried chicken so don’t let them sit, especially in their foam to-go containers! Park and eat!

I used to love it here but they jacked the prices up and give you half of the food and the sauce cups are smaller then they used to be. Chicken tenders are literally the same size as my thumb. They used to be big meaty strips and now they're the size of boneless wings. Done with this franchise and its quickly going downhill!

I use to love Raising Canes...now the chicken fingers are smaller and super greasy.... I havent had an actual piece of toast in a couple years...the toast is always soggy -just a regular old piece of soft bread now, and it use to be my favorite. The special sauce is still good. 3 stars for good service.
