EDIT: After speaking with Johnathon from Andy's customer support, we decided to give them another try. No issues at all this time ordering and it was a pleasant experience. Thank you to Johnathon for the free treats which prompted us to give it one more go!
Regarding the taste and flavor, these are always great; however, I do still find that the price is a little expensive.
Original Review: This is one of many times we've had a sub-par ordering experience. When asking for a custom Jackhammer (coffee flavoring, chocolate chips), we were told you cannot create a jackhammer that has syrup or chocolate chips in it; however, we have several times, ordered such a Jackhammer with FUDGE as the selected filling. I literally got the snow monster (which has chocolate chip in it) as a jackhammer a week ago.
Employees constantly misunderstand and bicker with my husband and I, thinking that we are asking for the filling to be syrup or chocolate chips (when caramel & fudge are the only options for fillings). We are asking for these as -toppings-, not a center, which according to the menu is allowed.
It has gotten to the point where this might be our last visit because of the headache of ordering (the custard itself is decent). We both really like the jackhammers (fudge), but this constant back and forth with employees has led to several negative experiences.

To start from the beginning, we arrived and it was going well, we pull up to the window to order, and i ask to redeem my birthday cone, they make the cone and then they tell me a total, i was highly confused because the voucher said a free cone during birthday month, they said they had trouble finding the coupon after i’ve already given them the email and the phone number, the manger, Cat, tired to assist the cashier, got slightly annoyed, gave up and just told her to charge me. I then paid and told them the rest of my order, the manager insisted that i must drive around (which the line had 3 cars behind me) and get back in line to continue with the rest of my order. i drive around and wait patiently. when i get to the menu there was now a lady standing outside to take my order, she said they already had the other order made and she was ready to take the next order, when we got the window they didn’t have the original order ready and we had to wait for her to make both ice creams, while they were trying to figure it out one of them said “it’s too cold i don’t have time for this” we then got our ice cream a minute later. overall it was a bad experience, that i typically don’t get when i come to this place. the manager seemed very ready to get everyone on there way, but not in a good way, she seemed to be rushing...

Not only didn't I receive what I ordered, but I didn't get the volume that I paid for!! 1st time, I received a vanilla custard with strawberry and sprinkles and a vanilla custard with pecans. When I advised of the mistake, she immediately presented an attitude and called the drive-thru guy in to address the incorrect order input. 2nd time, I received a vanilla with sprinkles and a chocolate with pecans, both cups only half full. I told her again it was supposed to be strawberry and inquired about the half cups. The manager told me that more was coming out and she had a long line.
