Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Louisiana

Never had a good experience at this location. Every time I try the dive through, they never have what I order. And I'm not ordering burritos. I'm ordering FRIED CHICKEN. At Popeyes. Always, always, always tell me to pull forward and wait. (you'd think that would mean fresh chicken, but it always tastes like it spent about 3 hours under the heat lamp). This time, they ask for my order then tell me "hold on sir." then ask again then tell me to wait again, by this time the three hungry children have gotten rowdy and I try to quiet the children to order and they rush me to order, repeatedly asking "what's your order sir". Inevitably, they ask me to pull forward. We wait close to ten minutes. Then it shows up and is wrong. I had asked the employee to wait while I checked it but she left anyway. So, I go in and they STILL DON'T HAVE THE SPICY WHITE MEAT CHICKEN THAT I ORDERED, TWICE. NOW THREE TIMES, including once at the drive thru menu, once at the window because they didn't listen the first time, and then when had to go inside to get the right food.

For the record, my receipt said 8:52, which was AFTER I'd tried to place my order four times and didn't actually get it placed until I got up to the window. I left the place with the right...

I started going to this location because the location in Prairieville is the worse in La. The first couple of times I went the two women mgr was the best ever. The third time I went a mgr last name Henderson was the rudest person I have ever come across. First I went through drive through at 10:30 she said they were close because they were running behind as I was driving off I saw that the lobby was open. I went in to place my Oder then she said with a nasty attitude that it would be thirty minutes. I then said it was fine . She then placed my order like she was mad because I wanted to wait. I asked her for her name because her name tag was worn and dirty looking so it was hard to read. She then replied why. I then told her because I wanted to know. I didn’t want to tell her I was going to call in because I still hadn’t got my food. She also was texting on her phone while preparing box for the orders that started coming through drive through. I have just about given up on Popeyes. Is either bad for or bad attitude at these locations. I was very upset because I thought I had finally from a good location and WD driving almost 20 minutes...

The afternoon manager which is a dark skin heavy set lady is very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, no sense of urgency and seem to be very unhappy with her job. I was pulled to the side to have my food brought to my vehicle and my food was cold after I requested my food to be fresh and another time I went the same manager told me she was closing the lobby early and couldn’t take my order because it was only her and another person working at the time. When I called to make a complaint the following day to the store manager Larry he act as if he was uninterested so I asked him could I get a name & number for the district manager I then heard the other manager who I’m calling to complain about saying it’s on the outside of the door and I was hung up on. I tried calling back multiple times but the line was busy each time. Please hire new staff because the employees are going to cause this store to lose out on lots...
