Edit to the review below. Would like to give Vivian a shout out for her excellent customer service and can do attitude. Opter to go inside as there was a long line in the drive thru and it is open for dining now. Nobody else in line so i explained that i had a Egift card and wanted to make sure i could use it before ordering. She assured me that i could, so I ordered and although it took two times inputing the data, it did go thru and I was able to enjoy the meal with no frustrations. Food was excellent and served up as ordered very quick. Thanks you Vivian. Also thanks to the management for reaching out quickly to me(although I never responded back) and possibly training employees on how to take gift cards. Upgrade to 5 stars and a returning customer sooner than 5 months

After a long wait, get to the window to pay ,and I have a gift card on my phone. ' What's that 'as I show my phone. It is a captain d gift card. They had apparently NEVER seen one before. No one knew how to enter it. After 4 times trying to enter the code ,with the line building up behind me I get the managers attention and hand her my bank card to run it that way. Read moreNot sure how they are still in business based on my meal last night. Ordered the lobster and crab platter. Nearly $9.00. the 2 pieces of fish were very greasy, much darker than they should have been and over cooked. The shrimp were flat, overcooked and had little taste. The crab cake was very dry, impossible to cut with fork and knife and had to be pulled apart. The lobster bites were terrible. They were greasy and overcooked with no flavor. Consistency was very strange. Nothing like I expected. The broccoli was the worst. I am not sure how you can cook it to make it that much like plastic with zero flavor. I couldn't any of the broccoli and maybe half of the rest. The baked potato was the best. It was nearly perfect. So disappointed. The food there at that location had always been marginal but this was the worst yet. I have talked to management in the past so I saved the effort last night. I won't be back. Pretty sad when it costs so much to eat out and it is so sub par. What happened to quality and pride in a product? Read moreSo I just left from Captain Ds ordering through the drive thru. You could tell the woman on the other end was not feeling being at work. So I place the first part of my order she says come around. So I tell her I wasn't done with my order. You could hear the attitude through the speaker. I get to the windows and pay for my food. I take a look instead of the loaded baked potato I ordered I get a regular one so I knock on the windows and inform the lady I asked for a baked potato and would like what I ordered. She proceeds to tell me she can't just up charge me for the potato I would have to buy another one which all could have been prevented if she would have called my order back to me instead of seeming like she didn't wanna be at work today. I don't know why people work jobs they don't wanna work. Employees needs to understand how to properly do their jobs. No call back, no attempt to upcharge just attitude.
