This review is solely based on my last order experience with this location, every other time has been excellent, hot pizza delivered in a timely fashion. We always tip $10, on top of all of the other fees, no matter the size of the order. We have been ordering from this location for at least 4 years, and have always been pleased that they do deliver to us since other closer pizza places do not. When I ordered about a month ago I got a call after placing and paying for the order and was told that our address was outside of their delivery area and they wouldn't be delivering to us. I told them that must be new because we had never had a problem before and their site allowed me to place the order. They said that we could come pick up the order, so I sent my husband to pick it up. When he got there they requested payment (which I had already paid online) and since they had only then "gotten paid" they hadn't even begun to make the order. My husband had to wait at least 30 minutes at the store for the order to be prepared. Seems they would've just switched the order in their system to pick up instead of delivery and had the order ready when he arrived, considering I told them we were coming to pick it up. Here's the kicker, I just went to the website today to see if it would still let me place a delivery order, and it sure enough does. This website problem should be fixed, as with other pizza websites when I put in my address it tells me we are outside of their delivery area. Read moreI called to place an order only to be told that online ordering ended at 10:30 and phone orders end at 1045. However, the individual failed to tell me that they close at 11 PM despite the internet listing them as closing at 12 AM. The individual working told me the only way to place an order would be to come into the store. So I leave my home with the intention to place an in-store order only pull up just in time for them to turn out the lights and lock the doors. All of this could have been avoided if the individual working would have stated that they closed at 11 PM. I assume others had either been told the same thing that I was told or merely checked the internet for hours because three other vehicles pulled into the parking lot with the intentions to place an order in store only to realize that Marco's was closed. I then take it upon myself to take a picture of the hours and make the update on Google, since management is unaware and inconsiderate that the internet is how people check for business hours.
