Subway — Restaurant in Prattville

I didn’t think I would ever spend the time to write a review for a Subway restaurant. Typically, I find myself frustrated with the lack of precision and enthusiasm that is too often shown when someone is making me a $10 sandwich. However, I was completely surprised and blown off guard yesterday when I encountered Stephanie F. This young lady paid so much special care to my sandwich and literally made it perfectly. Everything was spread out evenly, and she went out of her way to ask and make sure things were just the way I liked it. I was super pleased with her sweet and friendly personality. She had exceptional manners, and I just really never have had such a positive experience at any Subway I’ve ever visited. The entire had a peaceful and friendly vibe, and I’m quite certain that had to do with her and Barrett C who were the two serving people yesterday. I just want to give a big shout out to them both and say “thank you” fe the bottom of my heart for giving me superior customer service. It’s hard to get that type of service even in a sit down...

I’m writing this a few days after my visit, but I just had to leave this review! I’ve never been to Subway before, so I didn’t really have any preexisting impressions about the restaurant. I was very impressed! The customer service was phenomenal. A girl with red and black hair helped me and answered all of my questions. Went to pick up a customer order , was informed after the 7mi drive that they were in fact, out of bread. SUBWAY...OUT OF BREAD 🤣🤦 Supposedly The day manager did not make sure the bread was sufficient enough for the entire work day, is what I was told. I can believe it. But, Also Maybe it was just an extra ordinarily busy day.. who knows.... Anyhow, ruined the order for them and my pay.. but it can't rain forever!! The workers were really nice though....
