WoodSpring Suites Prattville - Montgomery North — Hotel in Prattville

I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. From checking in to check out this place was just a nightmare purely. They literally switched me to five rooms within literally five days. My daughter was almost electrocuted because the water was coming through the window down through the air conditioner onto the floor. I had to wake up through the night to clean the water along with the following morning. Let’s not mention as soon as we checked in they had to move us directly to another room because the TV did not work along with the light switch. The floor was dirty. The next room, which is the second room, the stove did not work, The floor was dirty, The refrigerator was not working appropriately, The air conditioner was loud as well making my daughter , my niece, and I breathe uncomfortably(it was dusty/grime) , The beds made noise every time you set down because they were not stable, One of the sheets had something brown on them, Then they had to move us to another room which that room not up to part as well. The floor was dirty. There was a problem with the stove and the light switch, and the bathroom was leaking, and they moved me into the very last room which the floor was still dirty, but everything worked properly. The air conditioner was still loud. They had the audacity to call saying we were being loud when the baby was in the tub while was niece was in bed on her phone . The people next to us were loud . Policy said no smoking but you could smell smoke in the hotel (outside doesn’t matter). The service was very poor, The front desk people were very poor. Only one of them was very polite. The management did nothing to resolve the issue in inappropriate manner for good business. For this to be a new hotel, it was very disgraceful. Absolutely the worst day ever in the state of Alabama ! My daughter skin was breaking out Along with my niece. A man as well tried to rush my niece into the room and front desk had no proper concern for it when brought to their attention. My card was double charged and I am still dealing with this problem in July when My check-in date was May 28- to June 3rd . They have not taken accountability for that either But yet my bank is disputing Helping me get my account corrected. Please do not stay at this hotel and waste your time energy or a hard-working funds. Looks great, but Services are poor. You may run into unnecessary issues that no one needs when traveling or just needing somewhere to stay comfortably. There is always room for progress , get it together . I took my pictures and videos ! Don’t waste your money or time ! Please train your staff better to use the computer system and take debit/card transactions! Hopefully they aren’t stealing from people accounts keeping it for themselves because I saw a few people stating they over charged their accounts too ! The only good thing about this hotel is the location !! Also, if you happen to do stay use like your credit card do not use your debit card connected to your bank account . This hotel is purely not up to Park just being wholeheartedly honest.

I recently stayed at WoodSpring Suites Prattville and had an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and eager to assist. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk team made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a full kitchenette, making it perfect for an extended stay. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day.

Housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness, and any requests I had were promptly addressed. I was also impressed by the affordability of the stay compared to other hotels in the area—excellent value for the quality of service provided.

The room was the right price and was decently clean. They are an extended stay hotel so they do not offer all the extras that the short stays do. There is a pretty good coffee machine in the lobby that you can access from 6am-10am. The problem is, I did not get ANY sleep. The room was WET. I don't just mean a little damp from humidity, I mean swampy. I turned the air onto dry, but it did not help. We turned the air a little warmer to try to help reduce condensation, but it didn't help either. The sheets were wet, I had to literally dry my feet off with a towel before I put them in the bed. There were puddles on the floor, you could not wear socks around due to this. The neighbor came in at 10:52 pm and was thudding things into the cubbies on the wall behind our headboards.
