The first time I looked for Prattville Cigar I did not enter because it quite frankly it was hard to find and when I did find it it looked deserted. However, I could not have been more wrong. This lounge is fantastic and the service is unparallelled to any cigar lounge I have ever been in from Lexington KY to Pensacola FL.

Visiting is on top of my list when I am in the area as it's right around the corner from the Marriott at Capitol Hill and a fantastic place to hang out and unwind. Patsy is an incredible host and walking in for the first time I felt like a VIP the entire time. Leather chairs, tables, beer, and flat screens encompass the lounge and a pleasantly stocked humidor is off the lobby.

The lady was very rude. I was looking to purchase a certain brand and they didn't have it. Very small selection. Then I asked if she had a bathroom, she said she did. I asked to use the restroom and she told me no just go to the gas station. In order to have a business in AL you HAVE TO have a bathroom in the facility regardless..... SO owners that don't let their coustomers use it is completely rude!!!! Terrible customer service, save yourself the trip...

This place is a little odd but pretty nice over all. I did not see a lounge but they have a huge walk-in humidor. You are not allowed to pick up any cigars yourself, I was told, “not because of Covid but because of shoplifters.” That was the odd part, they have an awesome selection and the staff person was nice enough when I was there. I just picked up one cigar for a trip traveling south bound on I-65. Pretty easy to get to place and...
