This is the slowest burger king I have been to. The night shift can’t seem to get it together. I’ve had to wait at least 30-45 minutes for my order every time I have been to this BK in the evening. Last night (3/23) I went to pick up an order but couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone or the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and saw two ladies in there, both with headsets on, closing up. My husband tapped on the window to get their attention and they immediately caught an attitude. One of the ladies snatched the window open and started to say they were closed. I told them I was there to pick up an order that had already been placed and accepted. She didn’t say anything and just walked away from the window. She came back to give us the drink and the food a few minutes later. There should’ve been a milkshake on the order but since they shut everything down early, we didn’t get it. She didn’t have the courtesy to tell us the machine was off or offer something in place of the shake. If there was a staffing issue or some kind of early closing note posted, I would be more understanding. Read moreThis is the worst experience I've had at a "fast food" place. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. And when it came, about half of it was missing. Unfortunately, we had to ask for the rest, one by one and wait in between for someone to come back and get the next item. The food we did get was wrong. Literally 3 of the 4 orders we got were wrong.
They couldn't even get a simple order even close to right. I shudder to think what might have happened if we had customized anything. I can see why they changed their motto from "have it your way."
By the time we realized that, it wasn't worth going back to wait even longer to get them changed out. Plus, they took the receipt, so we couldn't price what we ordered. They also didn't have toys, after telling us that we had to sub a toy for a dessert, which we declined. Also, their menu is not clear at all on what's included with the kid's meal, and that's frustrating as well - but probably corporate BK's fault, not this location.
At least the kids liked the play place.
TL;DR: Go here if you want to wait forever, remind them to give you the food you ordered, get the wrong thing, and then eat cold food that you didn't ask for because the process...
Read moreWent to this location twice before today and the food and service was perfect. Food was hot and the employees were polite. I returned today thinking this was my now favorite location. Today, 5/24/2025, at 3:39pm, this location was the complete opposite from my last visit. The lady who answered didn't greet us, but said, Go ahead with your order. I asked for a second, then a man came on. With everything I asked, he kept giving me a total, as if he was rushing me or saying that is enough. Then he kept going over what I ordered. I ordered the Double whopper combo for my husband. When he asked what type of drink did he want, when I turned to ask my husband, he gave me a total, like time up. For me I asked for the Bacon King and med fry. When we arrived to the window to pick up our order, the female handed the drink. She didn't say, Here you go, Nothing. I said, Thank you, and she still didn't say anything. Why the both of us had one onion ring in the middle of our fries? (That part is not a big issue for me.)
