Subway — Restaurant in Prattville

Same as other prattville location. Food is as expected but they don't accept coupons. This really should be posted on the flipping door. I previously posted a review on the other prattville location regarding not accepting coupons. I live less than 10 minutes away and received 3 copies of coupons in the mail the other day. On that day when deciding where to go eat I decided on subway because I had coupons. The coupon itself isn't a big deal. Saving $2 isn't a big deal. But the coupon is why I decided on subway for the day. It's just so silly but I get this feeling of being baited. Gotchya moment from a large corporation. I won't be back to either of the subways ever and maybe not each subway for a long while. I just feel disrespected. It looks like nothing on paper and I even sound like I'm just complaining but as I get older I notice that customer service is just gone. I could've eaten at many other places with better food those days. A part of me wants to go out of my way several times a month to order food there and when they don't accept coupon I just walk away making them waste they're time and money just as...

I went out of my way to go to this location, as I have been happy with them in the past. My past experience is why they get 2 stars.

I was excited to eat and went in expecting to use the coupon I had received in the mail about a mile away from this location. I asked the girl at the counter (who was kind and greeted me with a smile) which sandwiches were excluded, and she said that they are not a participating location. They wanted 3 to 4 dollars more per sandwich than what was on the coupon. So I just left without the delicious meal I was expecting, and it made my stressful day even worse.

Now, instead of going out of my way to go to this location, I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else. I know they technically have the right to not accept the coupons (despite the fact that we are in their area and they are a chain store, which should be consistent across the country), but it feels like the bait and switch. If you can't stay in business without sending me coupons that you have no intention of honoring, it sounds like you shouldn't be in business.

I’ve recently moved out here and am taken back on how rude the two women working there are. I’m not worried about any altercation but I would advise them to watch their attitude with me bc I’m not the one and it’ll be a bad decision if they tried me. I asked for the OWNERS info she said call the number on the receipt. As if I don’t know it’s the stores number. The overweight one pouted every time someone came in the door me and my family witnessed it. Like girl fix your face why take the job if you ain’t gone do it which is PART FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE BIMBO!! Then they give me flack because I want certain FRESH vegetables we have gardens with FRESH vegetables that I can’t get in town so that’s the MAIN reason I go to subway! Like it’s always your own ppl. I have never had this issue with a person other that someone of my color. Smh lazy as women to old to be acting so petty as if I’m not paying for my food!!!
