Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Prattville

I did not put any stars because that's how bad the service and atmosphere was. Management needs to set up and do something about this location. Never had any problems with other Zaxbys but this one is the worse!!!

I placed an order online about 8:15pm Saturday night, said it would be ready 8:36pm. When I arrived at 8:35ish the doors were already locked, I went through the drive thru the lady asked for name and for me to pull forward and that's where I waited until 9pm. When I got to the window the lady asked me for my name again and disappeared for about 5mins, other employee were mopping and cleaning/stocking. Once I finally got someone attention for an update on my online order she said that the food was cooking. I said my order was supposed to be ready at 8:36pm, the employees all disappeared again. The same girl that asked me for my name the first time came back and asked me for my name again!!! I said I want my money back because this is taking to long!!! She then walked away again, not a care in the world that she had a line of cars just ready to leave for the day. After waiting another 5 mins she came back and said the money was refunded on my card, I said ok well I still would like a receipt for proof. The lady rolled her eyes and walked away, then another employee brought me the piece of paper. I sat there and read it to make sure it was correct.

Tonight of all night, my Family, we really like Zaxby’s in Prattville, but tonight was not the night for them to have employees that were inconsiderate and very disrespectful and rude to their customers. We waited 27 minutes for our food. Another Lady that was there to pick up a DoorDash order, waited longer than us and come to find out she was a manager from another store. She couldn’t believe how rude and slow they were. I sat out in my car with my son and watched the cars go through the drive-through, people pulled up parked went in, ordered, & come out with their orders long before my husband. Our order was not that big of an order (2 people) When he was given his order The young man walked over, dropped it on the counter and walked away didn’t apologize for the long wait or anything. My husband said when he took the order he had a smile on his face. I guess he got upset because my husband said something to the manager and the other lady was going off also. I don’t know what was going on in town that they couldn’t go to and they were very upset that they had to be at work, but no one should have to wait, Almost 30 minutes for an order and not get any type of recognition from anybody or apology for the wait. I've eaten at Zaxbys for years. The pat 2 times I've been in the evening have been around 7:30. I had to wait 8+ minutes to order (I was timing). The young lady who took my order had to ask me twice about everything. She wanted to tell me that cole slaw didn't come with a chicken finger plate. I had to tell her that I always get a plate and it does indeed come with slaw as I pointed to the menu on the wall. I asked for non-seasoned fries and ranch sauce instead of Zax sauce. It was right at 12+ minutes before my food came to the window, where it sat for 3+ more minutes. My fries were seasoned (and cold) and I got Zax instead of ranch. Had to ask for replacement fries and ranch. When I sat down to eat it was 18 minutes after I ordered and 26 minutes since I entered the store. I'm in the store writing this after I have eaten. Food was pretty goo once I got it. They close at 9PM. It's 8:27 now and they are pulling up chairs to the top of the tables and mopping the floor....
