Bahama Buck's - Prescott Valley — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

I love Bahama Buck's and was so excited when one opened up here! I visit the ones in Phoenix a lot when I go to visit my sister. However my experience yesterday will probably be my last. I have a consistent order when I go to Bahama Buck's and it is the Sour Patch Kids Blue Raspberry sno. I just about always order this sno, so I know how this sno is supposed to taste and what is expected to be on it. When we were ordering the girl at the register was struggling to find it and I was patient with her because I understand that this is a newly opened business mishaps happen. But when I received my sno and it was made incorrectly without the sour sauce and sour sand, the older gentleman behind the counter proceeded to argue with me telling me I didn't order it with the toppings. I know for a fact that I didn't ask for the topping to be taken off. Luckily one of the younger girls behind the counter said they'd remake my sno. I was grateful to her, but all she did was remake the top with the sour sauce and sour snow and didn't infact remake the sno how it's supposed to be. I'm pretty disappointed with the service of this place and I more than likely will just continue to travel to Phoenix to get...

Went in and the kids are so friendly!! Be sure to tip the youngsters even fifty cents goes a long way. They had a huge menu and I of course asked for what would be a great flavor to try, the young lady recommended the Mangonada slush. GIRL!! How did you know Mango was my fave, had to say YES! Oh man: it was so tasty, not spicy, you can taste a zing zang flavor. Not like the mangonadas in Mexico but I will take it!! My kiddo tried the gummy bear flavor and that was zing zang too!! The ice tasted like gummy bears and the toppings were gummy bears. They have a huge list of toppings so you can create limitless creations. This place will surely be a hit in the summer! Lots of seats and tables inside to gather up friends or family. They also offer outside seating I saw 4 tables and I think if someone was throwing a little get together this can be the perfect...

The first time we went in, nobody was at the register because all of the staff (5 or 6 teenagers) were busy discussing their plans for the weekend. After about 5 minutes, I spoke up and asked if anyone was going to take my order. We went back this week and experienced a similar issue. This time there was someone at the register, but he was busy remaking someone's order and taking the drive thru orders while the 5 other kids stood around laughing and joking around. He never said anything to us like, "I will be right with you," so we left. It seems to me that with all the staff on hand they would each have a job to do i.e. 1 at the front register, 1 at the drive thru, and the rest preparing and making the orders.
