I went to Robeks today, Saturday September 13, 2025 at 2:17 PM and after waiting over 30 minutes for my order we finally received our Energizer and despite clearly mentioning several times that we only wanted 1 ounce of ginger root mixed in the drink contained so much ginger that it literally burned my throat, it was painful and completely undrinkable, instead of leaving refreshed we left uncomfortable and frustrated after wasting both our time and money, the lack of quality control and customer care at this location is unacceptable and I will not be returning, I am also considering contacting corporate about this experience so it can be...

Will not be coming here again. Very dissatisfied!! Was sitting at their outside table, planning to go in closer to my shift (I work next door) to get a smoothie for a friend that was already working. One lady comes out and tells us that the table is for customers and that we weren't allowed to sit. Not once did she ask if I was planning on buying, just automatically assumed I wasn't, came out and harassed me. Terrible experience. I love coming into this location it's always clean the ladies behind the counter are very nice and they're not afraid to sit there and talk to you while they're making your smoothie so it definitely makes the wait go by faster it's also very convenient that you can order ahead of time and pay online and then just go through the drive-thru and pick it up real quick I will always go to this location for my smoothies also you feel a cold coming on grab one of their Cayenne Ginger shots with lemongrass it will knock your...
