Five stars for the gentleman who worked at this store three years ago. The store is fortunate to have him, for he was part of a miracle! It did take me a while to get this posted, like three years! So, my husband is disabled and on one of his hospital trips, he got out early... I had just got rid of his bed and was taking my time buying a new one for caregiving. So, when I got word he was coming home on that very day I needed a bed. I was in a state and found it very challenging to instantly acquire one. When I reached out to Mattress America, Prescott, and spoke with Alex, I think that was his name, he took special care to help me find the right bed that I needed on that very day. I drove down to the store on faith. And then I found one! He took one of the showroom beds that was just the exact right size and comfort level and then walked me through the credit process and I got approved on the spot. He then proceeded to carry this new very special bed and load it up in his vehicle and then delivered it to my home and then proceeded to carry it by himself into the room and set it up! I felt blessed by this showing of kindness. Now, my husband is still using this wonderful bed and it continues to be the perfect one for convalescence and he sleeps wonderfully on it! Funny thing I had seen tons and tons of commercials for mattresses on TV. So I was at Kohl's shopping and as I was going to my car I realized there was a mattress store mattress America so I decided what the heck let me just stop in and see what they have so I went in was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Ray it was probably the best decision I've made in a long time. I am a side sleeper and I had no idea there was a mattress for each and every way we sleep on our side on our stomach on our back he proceeded to explain this to me and showed me which match was to be the best for me. So after a while of deciding what I should do a phone call to my husband to see what he thought I decided to purchase the mattress it that Ray suggested would be best for me and my husband that was the best purchase I have made in years not to mention the best sleep I've had in years I will be forever grateful for walking into that store and to Ray for taking the time and having the patience to explain to me and it show me everything I needed to know. So if you're ever in the need for Mattress please stop by after some Erica and see Ray he will definitely lead you in the right direction and you will have the best sleep...

UPDATE: We were able to sit down with the owner and resolve this issue. He was professional, understanding and helped us find the right mattress. It was unfortunate that we all had to go through this, but in the end, the owner was able and willing to make everything right and we are now satisfied with the outcome. Would shop there again. :)

10 min after mattress delivered, I called to have it returned. It was nothing like the one I tried in store. Then we went into store to talk with "Johnny" who said "Yes, that mattress is too hard" - then called again. Wendy told us to come in and pick new one -(this was after the 2 week return period) we did, then said she still had not spoken to owner. We agreed to pay re-stocking and buy another mattress in 2 weeks for more money for 2nd bedroom. Owner would not speak to us, - had Wendy call and say he would not take mattress back even though all 3 complaints were w/i the 2 week...
