This location doesn't even deserve 1 star but I have to give one so it will post. 🤢 I make large orders from Pizza Hut in Phoenix weekly for my company with get great customer service. So I assume all locations have great service. Boy, was I surprise by the Prescott location! The food quality was terrible and delivery service was deplorable. 😡 The Prescott location was very late and pizza was cold, doughy & gooey (I requested all of them "well done and crispy"). The driver said he was given the wrong address but the receipt he gave me had the correct address on it. There was garlic butter sauce over ALL of my pizza making them soggy (only one should have had extra garlic sauce); One pizza was to be thin crust and it was not; I paid extra for four of the "Don't SkipThe Dip™" which was not included at all and they argued on the phone and said that Pizza Hut has never had that. All the while, I'm on the phone with the manager telling her that I'm looking at it on the web. 2 hours later they finally re-delivered my order (they are 2.9 miles away) and one of the new pizza was completely soggy because 2 of the garlic dipping sauce (that they don't carry) was open in the box. By the way, those were an extra side order and should not have been place in with the pizza. So basically, they replaced my bad order with another bad order. After a useless phone dialogue with two other employees and a manager; placed on hold 4 times, and the delivery guy texted me incorrect info... I just gave up and realized I've wasted my hard earned money on this place. I was not offered reward points, a discount or my money back ... nothing. I took photos of the pizzas, kept every text and receipt if I come into question. Even the kids said the pizza was awful. ... and what kid says that? Read moreWe've had mixed experiences with this location. Usually delays in delivery but nothing too unreasonable until tonight. I'm out of town and my husband's phone is broken so he can't make calls. He ordered pizza and wings directly from their website. The wings arrived via DoorDash which, again, he didn't use.
Almost 2 hours later he tells me on FB messenger that the pizza is still nowhere to be seen. So I call the location, tell them our situation and give the order information but they act like they can't do anything unless they have the number that called in the order despite me telling them multiple times the order was placed on their website. Person on the other end says they'll check on it, then 2 seconds later a new person is on the phone thanking me for holding? And I had to explain the entire thing all over!
Finally got the pizza sent out with the only options offered "do you want us to send the pizza or do you want a refund credit to your account". One or the other. Not both. After 2 hours. Likely will never order from this location again after such a mess so a refund credit would...
Read moreMy hubby and I love Pizza Hut but we sometimes have a hard time locating Pizza Huts when traveling. We were really happy when we located a Pizza Hut in Prescott. We called in our order and by the time we arrived our Pizza was just about ready. We were also happy that we could eat inside this location rather than taking our food home. We found this Pizza,Hut easily and were greeted upon our arrival by Wiiliam, store manager. He was friendly, helpful and very professional . Our Pizza was cooked perfectly and tasted really good. The eating area was bright and cheery and very clean and neat. Now that we found this location on Willow Creek it is on our list for many repeat visits when in town.
