I've recently became aware of a situation that occurred at your restaurant. A friend of mine received poor service while visiting your restaurant so he took to your facebook page to vocalize his dissatisfaction. Most professional companies would call his a review and use it to better their company. However, you did some totally appalling. You embarrassed this man when you refused to serve him the next time he came into your restaurant with his co-workers. He was asked to immediately leave just for writing an honest review on this facebook page.
Then you took it upon yourself to personally attack this man in multiple facebook messages; stating you "were sorry you don't serve dick" referring to this mans PERSONAL sexual preference. You also made a comment about hiring the mans 11 year old nephew so he "wouldn't be stuck working overnights at some factory" as if it was less of a job than your own. That factory was a family owned business that has not only put a lot of money into this community but they also provide jobs for a good majority of the people in this town. What has your business done?
If you are up to date on your news you would know that other business' that have passed judgements such as this have ended up with such bad reviews that they have had no choice but to close their doors. Just like what happened in Indiana at Memories Pizza; or a similar situation at the Masterpiece Cake shop in Colorado. Dick and Betty Odgaard had to close their doors in Iowa from lack of business following an act of discrimination.
I will be sharing this post on multiple social media sites so every patron that has visited your restaurant knows REALLY what kind of company they are supporting. Hopefully you can get your head out of your ass and find what it really takes you run a successful business that doesn't discriminate and degrade anyone unsatisfied with their service.
Sincerely,
Someone who refuses to accept...
Read moreThe service of the staff was unacceptable and rude. My husband and I were in this morning to have breakfast for his birthday. The sign as you walk in says “Seat Yourself” so I took a spot at a table while my husband. There was a group of ppl that decided they wanted the spot I was sitting. They didn’t bother to ask me to move or choose. I was told by staff yelling across the restaurant that I needed to move, it was first come first serve when it came to seating. Which I was there first so in turn I would figure the fact I was sitting there first I would have claim to my seat at a “seat yourself” restaurant. What really through me over the edge was that I was being yelled at across a restaurant as if to embarrass, humiliate and make me feel guilty for sitting there. This is unacceptable, ridiculous, and not ok. If you would like someone to move or choose other seating, maybe have a hostess seat you, or simple ask them, not yell across a restaurant. Needless to say we left without ordering anything and we won’t be back. The employees should have more respect for customers and...
Read moreI'll try it again if someone suggests we go here some day, but I was really unimpressed. I ordered a bloody Mary and they asked if I wanted bacon in it. I said yes and then it came with no bacon. I had to ask for a slice. Ordered biscuits and gravy, sunny side up eggs, and hash browns. Biscuits and gravy were very sausage based, which was delicious! Wish there was a little more gravy, but just a personal preference. They were really tasty. The hash browns were burnt on top and hard then uncooked underneath. The eggs were over easy instead of sunny side up and close to over cooked, but okay. The food only took about 5 minutes to come out which isn't a compliment. I got the vibe that with the limited seating the place is based around get the order in, get the food out asap, then rotate customers. Totally understandable, but can easily cost you in the quality of the food. Paid $60 for 2 adults and a...
