Let me start this review off by saying I eat the majority of my meals on the go...and have frequented this subway location several times. I've had my fair share of average and even a few below average experiences, but nothing too good or bad to jump on the internet and write about it.....until today. The sandwich that I received today has got to be the finest example of subway perfection I have ever laid my eyes on. We are all flooded with marketing and advertisements 24/7 with photos of menu items that are, let's be realistic, very rarely what you actually receive when ordering. The sub I received today "The Beast" is as close to picture perfect as I have ever seen. The meat and cheese is layered and stacked with care and precision, and the vegetables are neatly placed between the perfectly sliced italian herb and cheese bread. Obviously the staff at the Subway location on Stafford drive in Princeton cares about presentation and professionalism. To the staff, keep up the great work, to the sandwich artist that created this masterpiece....THANK YOU.....you have made a regular customer out of me!! Bravo...
Read moreToday was my first time placing a touchscreen order, for a Subway establishment. I did not like the set up. I ordered my meal which was more expensive at this location then the Princeton Walmart Subway location, as well as my order was wrong and the store did not have the creamer I requested. The lady asked prior to the order being filled if that was okay. I agreed and thanked her for asking. I got imitation sugar, never asked if it was okay. Plus the bread was wrong. The staff were polite but very slow. I realize things happen, however, I do think they could have asked if I would like substituting items. Others may be pleased. It was close to my shift and I thought I'd try it out. I'd rather go into Walmart next time to place my order inside. I hope this helps this location become a better business. Good...
Read morePlaced a pickup order with 3 footlongs that had many many toppings and sauces and when we got home with the food they were the lightest, saddest excuses for sandwiches ever. These sandwiches should have been busting at the seams with what we ordered on them. Toppings and sauces were missing, the sandwiches were mostly bread with an inch or two on each end of the subs dry and naked. They even forgot the bag of chips.
We ate the food anyway because we were starving and not in a position to drive back to the store due to money and gas. This is the worst Subway experience I've ever had, dating all the way back to me being a customer since 2003.
The manager denied a remake or a refund because we ate the food out of sheer desperation. This was our one take out meal of the month. We spent $32 on air and dry...
