My first impression of this place was awesome. The spot was just right for the locations. We were greeted by warm smile by a lady as we entered in and guided towards our table. We were here at 9:10 pm and there wasn’t any waiting time. There was little time between sitting down and placing an order. Our server was quick. Our orders were simple. We received all our orders in 12 minutes. Chicken pot pie (pictures attached) : 6/10. Decent amount of chicken. Serving size is big (for Asian standards). The chicken and potatoes are cooked nicely, tender and flavorful. A friend ordered the veggie rice bowl, a little overly salty (soy sauce). The dark espresso brownie was very yummy, not too sweet. Perfect with the vanilla ice cream at the side. And I can’t comment more about my Blue moon; it’s just the way it is suppose to be.

So I went there on Dec 26, 2022 for my mom's birthday. We waited a long time for the food. The table next to us got their food before us, when I mentioned it to our waitress, she blamed it on our one appetizer. Then, when the food came, I got the chicken pot pie which was supposed to have flaky crust. Well there was only crust on the top and it wasn't flaky. It seems like it was an old chicken pot pie from a few days ago. Everyone else's sandwich's bread was burnt. Then when the waitress brought the slice of cake for my mother's birthday she just dropped it on the table and said an bland Happy Birthday as if we were annoying her. Overall, very bad experience and will never go again (We live in the area). Bad service, bad attitude, bad food.

We had a great experience today at Winberie's. My husband has a lengthy list of food allergies and the Executive Chef, Steve Fitch, came out to our table to discuss alternate options that he could do to accommodate them. We were very impressed with everything we had and we will definitely be back! Garden State Gimlet, Asparagus Flatbread with hot chili oil, Ahi Tuna Burger, and the Chef's Special: Smoked Salmon BLT and Tomato Parmesean Soup (hands down, the best tomato soup and tiny croutons I have ever had). Thank you so much to everyone on staff for the best lunch and service we could have asked for 😊

I have been to Winberie’s, many times.. enough times to be comfortable to bring my best friend who was visiting from upstate New York with her husband and her eight month old baby. It was a Monday afternoon my friend wanted to get a quick bite to eat before they hit the road back to upstate New York. I said OK let’s go to Winberie’s.. we walked in the restaurant.. it was fairly empty. A handful of people at the bar, 4 tops, and very few people in the regular seating area. The hostess asks us if our stroller can close, of course the stroller can close, however, we did not want to close it. The baby was more comfortable in her stroller while we enjoyed our meal. The hostess explained that the stroller was a fire hazard, and that we would have to sit at the bar. We went to the bar as she tried to seat us.. as the person who was hosting my friends, I said absolutely not. This is uncomfortable and weird. A baby at the bar, very uncomfortable seating, I even pointed out an area that we could’ve easily just parked the stroller and eight next to her. The gentleman at the bar even made a comment to the hostess and suggested some thing, and she repeated it was a fire hazard and that it could not be done. My friends with they’re new baby, repeat it it’s OK it’s OK, it was not OK. I’m looking at so many places where we could’ve sat and not have been an obstruction to anything. She explained those places were closed. We left and we went to the Witherspoon Grill. We sat at a VERY comfortable table and enjoyed lunch without any issues of having a baby or a stroller or a “fire hazard” The Witherspoon Grill was very busy the outdoor Seating was nearly filled, and the inside was also pretty packed. But again we had a very comfortable, friendly, pleasant experience in fact, the waiters/ hosts that worked for the restaurant would come by and smile at our baby. There was actually another baby a few tables down. Thankfully, we ate lunch at a place with more light and a happier staff and...

The service was wonderful and True made the experience a lovely one; the food was subpar but the worst was there were flies buzzing all around our food and drink and two landed in my husband’s beer. No replacement beer was offered and it was a nonstop nuisance to swat the numerous flies away. It was also very loud and conversation was impossible to have, which was so frustrating because we were meeting with a friend who I hadn’t seen in 17 years and this reunion was an important one.

Edit: I am modifying my review to include how kind Winberie’s has been in rectifying the issues I’ve raised in my review and plan to write a further review in the future. After posting this review, the manager at Winberie’s was prompt to respond and provided me his contact information so we could communicate further. He confirmed that pest control would be in early in the week to address the fruit fly issue and asked what dishes we got and what the issues were so he could implement our feedback in the future. He also generously invited us back to Winberie’s so we could perhaps have a more enjoyable experience. This highlights their professionalism and commitment to customer service. We also understand that every business may have an “off” day so we look forward to going back to Winberie’s once the fly situation is remedied and will leave a further review following same. I think their service, across the board, is a 10/10 and appreciate their generous...

I’ve come here a few times and we decided to make a reservation for Father’s Day because the food is normally very good. This was a reservation for the restaurant. When we arrived the host looked annoyed that we brought a stroller and told us that we needed to move it. This was fine but the entrance didn’t really provide room to put the stroller anywhere as it was a challenge even making it past the door. When we confirmed our reservation and asked about being able to sit, he told us we couldn’t sit anywhere in the restaurant with the stroller. He also mentioned the tables in the restaurant side were all full (never mind that we made a reservation ahead of time). Unfortunately, dinner wouldn’t be an enjoyable experience having an 8-month old sitting on your lap and grabbing food. Although it wasn’t clear if there was a high chair available and he didn’t offer one, I do acknowledge that we also forgot to ask. The whole situation was stressful as we were trying to figure out where we would eat now with no reservation and our car parked 15 minutes away. I remember there was outside seating available but he didn’t mention that. This was my first time coming here with my daughter but after that experience I wouldn’t return as I didn’t get the impression that it was a family friendly environment. At least we weren’t given a lot of options that would have made it easier for us to eat there, despite making a reservation and it being...
