Katimali's — Restaurant in Proctorville

Was very excited to try this locally owned restaurant but sadly will not be returning, staff were polite placing and picking up our order but the food was a complete waste of money and got thrown in the trash. Ordered the wood fired cheese fries, stuffed mushrooms, and two pastas with meatballs. Everything we ordered tasted like it had been pulled out of the freezer and had no flavor or seasoning. Pasta sauce was not bad but was over shadowed by the freezer burnt, hard topped meatballs. The pasta was served with a piece of Texas toast that was still frozen in the center but somehow burnt on the edges.. As for the fries, a “large” order consists of small handful of undercooked waffle fries that were covered in burnt...

Other than the drinks not being priced, everything was amazing!! We got the chicken Alfredo and a side salad. The Alfredo melted in your mouth with right amount of crunch from the baked top. The chicken was soft and easy to eat. The salad was basic, but it came with cute chips instead of croutons. A nice personal touch! Definitely coming back as much...

Food was great I had baked spaghetti and the brownie that was the best brownie I believe I have ever had it came with Cinnamon ice cream.
