Dunkin' — Restaurant in Providence

I haven't been this mad in so long. I'm very disappointed about the service. The Dunkin Donuts workers were giving me an attitude and I ordered 2 donuts a avocado toast 2 refreshers A everything bagel with egg and bacon. I don't know the exact name of it, One normal hash brown and another nacho cheese and bacon hashbrown,And you wanna know what they? Not only gave an attitude. They got my order mostly completely wrong. First I ordered a bagel and they gave me a burnt Croissant With like one piece of bacon Good for? At least they got my drinks or I could , if not , I would storm in that Store asking for a refund. They didn't even give me my hash browns. Browns, and, 2 donuts. Nowhere to be bound. I'm very disappointed. Sorry but Dunkin need to learn how to do and get their things right. I'm grateful for every other Dunkin'. Donuts place except that 1. All the others got my orders right in their polite, but not this one. Oh, it's make matters worse. This is the second time this happened. The first time I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and they gave me a bagel. Egg and cheese bagel thing. I was not that disappointed. Cause it was pretty good. I guess. But yeah, please,. I go to this dunkin often because it is on my way to work and I don’t want to go out of the way. Out of the many months I have been there, I have received maybe good service three times by a young man with piercings (who I haven’t seen in a long time). The staff is slow and almost always gets my order wrong. I will wait in line for 10-15 minutes when there are only two cars in front of me. I’ve gone inside before hoping it would be quicker only to be faced with a longer wait. When I get hash browns they are still partially frozen, they never toast my bagel and consistently get my drink wrong. Tonight I pulled up at 7:30 and asked for a drink. They told me they couldn’t make me one because they turned all of the machines off since they are closing at 8pm. I asked for a bagel and they also let me know that all of the ovens are shut off too. I’ve worked in fast food for years and even at a dunkin before and this was never something we were allowed to do. Ten minutes? Yes. 30?? No. I don’t know if maybe this place is understaffed, but realistically they’re only in business because they’re a chain. The employees have always been very kind to me here but they seem stressed. If I could put zero stars, I would! This has to be the worst Dunkin ever!! I placed a mobile order for drive up. It literally took 22 minutes in line and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Maybe something happened, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Yeah right!! When I finally got to the window, I could see why everything was taking so long! There were 3 girls total working. 1 at the window and the other 2 we're screwing around inside, obviously not working. They tried to give me the wrong order, didn't have my whole order ready (which was placed about 30 minutes ago at this point) and my coffee was wrong. So my whole lunch break was wasted sitting in that short/long line!! I'm so mad because I can't even fix my coffee to try and drink it, it's that off! Never again! The tip I had waiting to give to them went straight back into my pocket! Horrible horrible...
