Used to be my favorite dunkin. Then one time when I needed my receipt, the employee dug through the trash and handed it to me. This time, I ordered two Dunkings. When I arrived I got two Dunkings in the wrong cup, with straws, no cold foam, and no cinnamon sugar. The employee said “dunkings are so popular right now that we ran out of cold foam and the cinnamon sugar” When I get home, realized I paid way more than what I should for what I got and didn’t even try it, I drove back to the Dunkin that was fortunately only down the street and told them about the issue. The employee was very unhappy and told me I wouldn’t be getting a refund or have my drinks remade unless I had brought my drinks back. Fortunately, I had both of them and gave them back. She did not seem happy. Her manager told me to drive around and gave me two fresh real Dunking drinks In the appropriate cups with the appropriate toppings. Read moreI had a very bad experience with a rude customer service name Corinne L. who was very rude when I asked very nicely for a hot cup. She looked at me in dirty eyes and used a heavy voice “ we don’t do hot cup here” then she turned around and ignored us. I own a laundromat which a quarter of a mile away, there a lot of my customers ask me for free stuff like plastic bags, detergent, hangers ... I always respond to my customers very nice even I don’t do it. (I don’t do it maybe someone else does). She also gave us only 2 straws on our three ice coffees this mean she’s careless. The reason I asked for a hot cup because I bought an ice coffee for my wife so by the time she gets here the coffee will be melting without a hot cup. ( I don’t mind to pay for a hot cup) This is very unacceptable to me even my 12 years old brother he said that lady was very rude. Read moreI have been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for the past 10+ years. The past few months have been horrible, they mess up on orders, even after orders are repeated. I have gotten to the point we’re only a few can actually get my orders correct. Some employees are just there for the money because the have no people or communication skills. Some won’t even smile. The MANAGER sucks! She does not know how to run this store. She should not be the head of these employees when she is just as bad. They need to let go and rehire a brand new staff. Only a couple of the morning staff and afternoon girls know what their doing. Spending $5 every morning on the same thing you would think they would finally get it right. Then when you explain they did something wrong they need to be told twice to fix it. Overall this place has gone down hill. The owners have a lot of successful store but this one is poorly run.
