I ordered a cinnamon raisin egg sandwich. Young girl made a sale without checking to see if they actually had the product. She completed the transaction and then came back to tell me they don't have the bagel to make the sandwich. So, why sell it to me? In that case, I would have said 'never mind'. Between the time I placed my order and reached her at the window, I imagined she would have known that she had no more bagels to complete my order rather than take my card and just swipe away. So a refund was needed. I was just too worried she would screw that up so i just picked from any ole sandwich selection. All the while, she seemed to not comprehend much...mostly Huh? huh?. And what's with the handing of the 2 coffees without a tray? I asked for a tray and it must have been a tall order. I guess it was time to get the heck out of there. Anytime you hand a customer more than one coffee you should give a tray or ask if one's needed. It doesn't matter if they have cup holders in the car....because most of the time my boys have them filled with their drinks. So don't assume that. So to recap...don't sell products you don't have, give a tray for more than one beverage (we can't drive with the coffees on top of our heads) and focus on the customers question so, at least, it doesn't appear that you don't give hoot. Perhaps this little vent will vamp up...
Read moreI was there at approx 5:25 today,ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel"untoasted"girl toasted it,then her&her coworker were acting suspicious, I was on my way to work,asked if there was a prob girl at counter said "she didn't see that it wasn't supposed to be toasted,and toasted it,"I said "it's fine,just give it to me,with the strawberry cream cheese,I will fix it when I get to work....Got to work,"Bagel was not only toasted,it was pretty much burnt,way darker than "normal "toasting ",and on top of that it was all "dried out like it had been toasted earlier, and then not taken, so given to me!!...."So hard I couldn't even eat it!!😠😠😠......"THANKS!!...."HORRIBLE SERVICE, I WANTED TO TALK WITH A MANAGER,CALLED REPEATEDLY, BUT NO ONE ANSWERS!!...."HORRIBLE...NOT THE 1ST TIME FOR A MESS UP THERE!!...."GET SOME REAL WORKERS,NOT KIDS...
Read moreI just went there just now I asked the girl through the drive-thru for a medium mint hot chocolate with whipped cream she pauses for a second and then she's like okay and I asked her for the Halloween donuts and she told me that they didn't have any and they only had one specific donut so I said okay I will get two of those and I proceeded to the window she hands me a regular hot chocolate with no whip cream and says that they have other selected donuts and told me what the donuts were so I got one of each different one and my hot chocolate isn't labeled and it was filled halfway I will not be back to this Dunkin Donuts it was my first time here and my last not to mention the woman at the window looks high as a kite on October 15th...
