This place is probably the closest Cache Valley is gonna get to having an actual Lego-brand store. They've got brand new sets, used sets, minifigures from dozens of themes, and tables of loose pieces. I like that you can usually barter stuff 10-20% lower than they're tagged, as long as it isn't a very recently released set. What I don't like, though, is that they don't really carry many in-box sets that you can't just find at Walmart half a mile away. I wish they had more larger sets, the ones that are usually exclusive to the actual Lego store. Even if you're not planning on buying anything, it's still fun to go to, and sometimes see an older set and realize how far Lego has fallen and how creative their product line used to be. Overall, fun place, would recommend to anyone who likes Legos even if they don't have spare money...
Read moreI was there with my 2 sisters, and brother in law. I was holding a Lego figure I had just gotten my money out of my phone case was walking over to my brother in law who was over by the Lego buckets that you can fill and your employee started to walk over to me like he was mad or something. I then walked to the cash register to pay for the Lego person and he goes on to say “can’t have you walking away with stuff” when I wasn’t even walking towards the door. Unfortunately I’m unlikely to be back as profiling someone as a “thief” isn’t good look on the store. I understand being worry full as some people do that, but he watched me walk in with my siblings and I wasn’t even headed towards the door, I had my money in my hand an everything. This happened on September 12 at...
Read moreThe young people working this B&M were friendly and kind. The space is on the smaller side, and while the selection of used space themed sets was large, so were the prices. A single Marvel Hydra soldier, which is typically $5-6 elsewhere was posted for an astonishing $12. Easily the highest I've ever seen anywhere. When asked ifthe prices on some figures were correct, the young man working only looked at where they were located, rather than online or anywhere else to verify they had been correct.
Unless you're looking for something rare and need to hold it in-hand before purchasing, I'd probably avoid buying here. Fun place to look at vintage...
