Worst one ever! I'll drive out of my way to go to another. Tried to go through the drive through to get a courtesy cup of water to take some medicine and was told I had to purchase something as they no longer did courtesy cups. Seriously?! Nearly always slow in drive through, orders wrong half the time, customers inside are either yelling and cursing or soliciting. Not a pleasant experience.
8/19/24 Addendum: The incompetence, rudeness, and poor customer service continues! Went here again only because I was not driving/choosing. Tried to use a deal from the app but the app kept giving an error message saying my order was not the minimum amount. It was. Two managers got involved, neither could do anything but tell me to call corporate. They have told me to do this before. Corporate doesn't answer, you leave a message, and they never return your call. The male manager told me I should've ordered my items separately. This made no sense as then my order would not have met the minimum amount. Then he said I couldn't use the deal with this particular order because of what I'd ordered. I pulled up receipts of where I had done exactly that on the exact same order multiple times. Basically, they had no clue and were giving made up reasons as to why I had made a mistake. I was then told to call Rodrigo the next day. He also was not able to do anything as "the app is separate." He told me to contact the app. I did, but there is no phone number to do so, just an email. Based on previous experiences with corporate, I was less than hopeful. He was also going to talk to his boss and call me back the next day he was in. I specifically made sure that he would based on previous no responses as mentioned. He agreed but guess what? He did not call. I called back and spoke to Rodrigo's manager, who told me first that the coupon had "just changed to a $12 minimum order" and that's why I couldn't use the deal. I immediately looked at the app, which was recently updated, and the deal had not changed. Then she told me repeatedly that the app was separate and that she could do nothing because I didn't order in store. I was actually asking what I was supposed to do since I had contacted the app 3 times with no response, received no answer at corporate, and was being told the store could do nothing. At this point, I wasn't even expecting a refund. An equivalent food comp would have been great just for my hassle and for good customer service. But no. They were not interested in that. And for the record, I was not asking for a huge amount. We are talking $2 or $3! So....lesson is that this McDonald's still has poor service times (you get parked with even one car ahead of you to wait ages for your order), you get extremely poor customer service, and they are uninterested in improving or helping out customers. Read moreThe only thing moving this from a 1-star to a 2-star is the night shift workers; the food is always fresh and the workers are super fast+friendly after about 11pm. But in general, it's not a great mcdonald's, especially for the drive thru experience. Very long lines (15 min+) are not unusual at this location. The dine in experience is much better.
Normally, I don't go out of my way to write reviews, but I had an experience today that just left a sour taste in my mouth. I ordered food in the drive thru, and for once, the line was very short. All was pretty normal, until I got to the food window and the woman told me to pull up to spot #3. The only problem? there is no spot #3 for the drive thru. There are only 1 and 2 for the drive thru, and 1/2/3 for mobile orders in a separate area. I obviously couldn't pull into #3 for the mobile orders, because a) that is not the right spot for drive thru orders and b) there was already someone there. So, I pulled into the closest parking spot, and watched intently, knowing that I would have to flag down the worker who was bringing me my food. So, I did. She looked around, and I caught her attention. When she got up to the car, she acted really annoyed with me, saying that "people don't normally park there". I responded "yeah I didn't know what to do she told me to pull up to #3". That worker then motioned to the #3 mobile order spot as she was walking away.
Now, of course this is not the biggest deal in the world, and I don't think it was that worker's fault. But, it did upset me. I think it is indicative of a level of disorganization that results in a poor experience for the guest. I hope that a manager reads this, and makes efforts to improve the efficiency and flow of the drive...
Read moreI went here twice in one week and I had received cold food it wasn't even hot enough to enjoy. I had to ask them the two times I went and ordered breakfast.
I askef them if they could heat it up for me thelook was like why? I don't know about you but a meal that it's too be hot or says HOT breakfast you think that's what you would have received after ordering.
Second, visit I ended up spilling a drink after tighting the lid and asked for help cleaning it up.
After, I cleaned it up, I then asked if I could get a new one seeing it was an accident in spilling. The assistant manager, I believe was her position she said NO you have to purchase another one.
Which mind you would have been $6 for a morning juice. I think I will pass the next time I am looking for a warmer place in many ways.
The restaurant inside t was so cold sitting and eating. I had to leave my coat on the two times there.
It also felt like the a/c was on instead of the heat all you could feel was cold air blowing out of the ceiling fans. That's awful when you're cold from only being on 20 outside.
This experience was very disappointing I did reqd and seen some of the previous reviews. I should have went somewhere else after reading them but close too where
But, I like giving every situation a try and I hoped for a better experience and I can say this was not one of them.
