I love taking my niece and nephews here because it doesn’t seem to be very popular. There are some unique play structures and plenty of field space to play in. It is no dogs allowed but I have seen dogs on leash there whom were all well behaved. Also plenty of benches around for resting and watching kids at play. Definitely not wheelchair accessible because there are steps getting up into the playground area and the paved areas are only a couple feet wide and a little broken...

The equipment is a bit limited and dated, but some of the more 'natural' wooden play areas are quite fun. Not enough shade in the summer, either. Good location close to Thayer, but it's typically not the first playground I'll think to go to. Hopefully some future investments by the city will help this...
