McDonald's — Restaurant in Providence

I got my order in the drive thru. Took them about 3 minutes to even take my order. I paid for my food and checked my food in the bag. Felt my food and it was not even warm. I bring my items inside were I was met with a rude lady to later find out her name was Isabella. I told her that I would like my food remade because it was cold even to the touch. She said next time you order u say u want it well done. I said I didnt want it well done I wanted my food that I paid for hot not cold. Then she had a disgruntled look in her face then started to converse with other workers in Spanish about me which I understood. Nothing but horrible things was said. I waited their for my food and as she was still talking about the situation she said here ya go I said thank you then this is were I grabbed her name. Then she proceeded to tell me she was the manager and that if I called that she would answer the phone. Very rude very unprofessional manager by far. Would like to be contacted by a higher superior...

Horrible. While sightseeing I Stopped in this location to use the restroom. Restroom access was locked. I walked up to counter and asked one of the blue shirt managers to use the bathroom. The response was "You have to buy something to use the bathroom" .

What! I didn't even get a chance to patronize the location and to use the bathroom pay for access?

I said ok with a smile and walked out the door with patronage.

Talked to another junior manager at the drive thru window and her excuse was that "Use of the bathroom signs are all over the place"

Horrible. Glad this McDonald's owner isn't near my town. I'm sure the Corporate offices didn't have this welcome when they attached the McDonald's name to this restaurant owner.

BTW. I hate to say this but Drive 7 minutes up route 1a to the next McDonald's location in the white neighborhood and bathroom access is not restricted. Walk in, use the bathroom and order food. No issues....

Today May 4 around 6:45am i go to drive tru ! First thing they let me wait at the speaker for take my order ! I ask for 2 ice coffees ! One with 2 splenda and 1 cream and the other 1 pump caramel, 1 cream and 2 splenda. When i’m notice she make hot coffee and when im try explain her the way i want the ice coffee she close the window in my face. After that she charge me and handle to me my order ! COFFEES ITS NASTY! i think she put the entire bottle of cream look like light light taste just cream. I know it’s cheaper order $2.79 but what happened with the service ? She don’t have good actitud at all. She know she can stay home if she feel overwhelmed! It ok not to be ok but Costumer service it’s a priority! That’s the location near my job and i always stop there for my ice coffee literally im thrown away i cannot...
