Royal Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Providence

HOT & FRESH, TASTY FOOD!! We were visiting the area and looking for a Halal place to eat. Lucky to have found this place, hidden in an old area of Providence. Ordered cheesestakes(beef & chicken), burger, and fried chicken. Everything was very tasty. The portion/size of food was very good. Service was EXCELLENT. Staff were very friendly and polite and attentive to our needs. There was no A/C running on this very hot day, but they turned on the fans which ran slow, so didn't make it any cooler. But we exercised patience and just focused on our meal. But it would be nice to have A/C running when needed. One of the entrance doors was kept open but that didn't really seem to help as no wind was coming inside. But DEFINITELY recommend this place if you're looking for great...

Ordered $90 worth of food via GrubHub. They screwed up the order and I received a third of the order. I called them and asked what happened and all the woman kept saying is "I don't know". I said that either fix the order and deliver it (she said she couldn't do that) or provide a refund (she said she couldn't do that either) because there was no manager at the restaurant...on a Friday. And that I would have to come back on Saturday morning to talk to a manager. Simply unbelievable... I put a refund request through to GrubHub. Just terrible...

This used to be my favorite chicken spot but every time I order delivery they mess it up. I ordered a 15 piece Special wings with fries. They tried to give me regular wings ( way smaller and cheaper) which is way less. They could’ve called and let me know but they don’t care. I spent almost 30 dollars on a meal for my family and instead got one smaller meal. I know they don’t care because they have done this more than once and now I’m officially done with them. Don’t play with peoples money or food, you should...
