Jasmine & Shawn are amazing employees. Jasmine expertly crafted my sandwich and followed every single request I asked for to perfection. Not only that, she also took the time to make sure my sauces were evenly spread and I didn’t even have to ask. She was pleasant and professional, and I will absolutely be returning for another sandwich because of my experience. Additionally I interacted with Shawn when I ran back in to grab some sauces I forgot to ask for. He was courteous, prompt, and polite and I saw him handling other customers with an equal level of professionalism to Jasmine. Subway could use more staff like Jasmine and Shawn and I hope they are here the next time I come in. If they are up for any raises or promotions they should absolutely be given them. I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived, the staff member who was asked to prepare it was extremely unprofessional.(heavy set older woman) She responded with a smart mouth, mimicked me, and made loud, rude remarks when she was the one who was incorrect. Her attitude was completely unacceptable and showed a serious lack of basic customer service skills.
I expect to be treated with respect when patronizing any business, and this interaction was anything but respectful. Management needs to address the behavior of their staff, especially those representing the store on the front lines.
