Burger King — Restaurant in Proviso Township

Well hello there I had to take a long drive up here to deliver something and I was hungry as hell but I went in until I did that delivery first I stopped at the Brown's Chicken but their tenders were awfully high not they didn't cost the same as once I get out for the South so I looked across the way and there was a Burger King so I said let me go there went inside I had my Burger King app turned on and it has a special whoppers cause closer $7 in Burger King but with the special I got it for $4.99 today I told him I wanted everything on it no ketchup burn my bun and my feet I mean they didn't burn it up but they burned it just the way I love it they toasted it got the extra pickles extra onions no ketchup lettuce tomato oohwee buddy that was one of the best tasting weapons I ever eaten in a long time at Burger King I don't know when I'll ever be able to get up there again but I'll tell you what it was an hour drive for me to go go up there but if I can find another Burger King that can make a Whopper like that I'll be there everyday buying one I wouldn't care if it did cost $7 that was one of the best made Whoppers I've ever had thanks Burger King I hope for everything up around Melrose Park get up there and grab you one of those burgers I'm talking about the Whopper the real Whopper thank you...

Horrible horrible service!!! I went to the drive thru and was told By Martha she couldn’t honor my coupon because it was 6 digits. So I called corporate and they told me that’s not correct and it is 6 digits. So then I realized she didn’t give me sauce for my 12 chicken fries so I went back around and asked her for sauce! She then ignored me and Rudley said “it’s 30 cents” how am I going to pay for sauce when I just got 12 chicken fingers and wasn’t given any sauce! So then she slams the drive thru window after yelling “you know what I don’t give a shit” so I was mad and went inside and asked for sauce again. She then acted as if she was on the phone so i called the police. All this because she refused to give me sauce after I ordered chicken fries! I don’t know what her issue was but she is very very unprofessional and I have never been treated like that from somebody at that Burger King. You do not slam the window in people’s faces when they’re asking you for sauce you didn’t provide!!! I will continue to report her until something is done! Horrible...

I love burger King but this particular one was awful we were a party of 3 we walk in and the man in front us just finished placing his order we ordered the man in front of us waited 10 minutes for his order he finally said my friends are done eating were is my order they finally give him his order while we were waiting another group of 3 come in placing different orders we are still waiting the group of 3 got there order before us one of my group asked how did they get there food before us since we were there 15 minutes before them they asked what we ordered and gave us are food finally no napkins no I am sorry I go to the washroom no lock for the door no toilet paper but they had napkins to use as toilet paper while we were waiting for are food the Manger stood there doing nothing another group came in as we asked were are food was and they walked out horrible experience hope they correct...
