so we walk in behind a couple, they are seated immediately. Not my son and I we are standing there so long a customer comes to pay, then another, then another.. So finally after about 7 minutes the rude a$$ manager says are you waited to be seated?? "yes I have been for quite some time, you have seen me standing in front of you for almost 10 mins now." Do then We were seated, upon going up to pay she had three of the servers up there discussing how a check was given to the wrong table, ok so again she made us wait to pay, it actually took o e ot the guys there to acknowledge me before she did, and then she still didn't took my receipt rang it said the price went back to talking to the guys around her. So I had a question if she took off the kids meal, very rudely heading you see. So being who I am, I said "well I seen it at the top of the receipt now so I was not sure" Again with and and a to in a very cocky remark well I took it off its off deer just keep their original receipt if it confuses you this on the top know I was just asking you a question plain and simple did you take it off I don't know if you took it off because he didn't freakin speak to me you were too busy talking to all the guys that were surrounding you because apparently having a conversation with the guy servers which it's only male at this I have I've come to realize is more important then dealing with your customers. Then I proceed to the bathroom to take my child to the bathroom their bathrooms are absolutely disgusting there is toilet paper all over should post a pic to google. Btw Being a general manager of a very successful breakfast restaurant for years. Makes it hard to understand how poor customer service is tolerated like this business has to be down. Remind you I bring my child here every other Sunday. No more I will be driving for miles to go to a different ihop even though I live not even a mile from here. 5/20/18, 7:30pm and the servers are not very great at customer service. But here's the thing I don't even blame them if you don't have a good manager to train them than they're not gonna succeed. Read moreI do not recommend this IHOP very rude and unfriendly, food always cold when you recieve it. Me and my family it was 10 came in to be seated together. It was a 20 min wait to not be seated together. The host seated us at two separated tables we asked why? We asked if we could combine the tables together. The host that seated us said yes but let me go get my manager. The manger came and told us no very rudely and said no it’s a hazard cannot block the aisle but as I look over you have high top chairs blocking the door so if it is an emergency how could you get out? The manger was very rude and said you cannot, you cannot the tables stays this way after we even told her we would move them back. We also asked if we could split checks, the manager said no, we said but you sitting us at two separate tables it should be at least two bills, she tried to get gratuity making it us a “party” but we clearly not sitting at two tables she kept going back and fourth but yall came in together etc. And constantly kept asking well why we couldn’t still wait til the middle table in the resturant that fits 10 becomes available. She the manager could not give a solid answer. Just Rudely kept saying this is how we do it at IHOP or else go somewhere else. I won’t never support this ihop again as well called corporate. It was definitely a racist thing! They could not work with us at all… It’s fine, we left went to stacks with better service and good...
Read moreOoook this wasn't the same as it was 2 weeks ago. The Mrs. Ordered an omelet with spinach and mushrooms. She can't have meat and we found bacon and steak in her omelet. So we sent it back with that explanation. The acting manager decided to bring that very same dish back explaining that what she thought was steak was a mushroom. We understand what he was trying to do but you do not cart food back and forth expecting it to be eaten. This wouldn't have happened if the owner and his son were working.
The Mrs. Ordered fish and shrimp as a replacement and this wasn't visually appetizing at all. Fish and fries arrived first and the fries were cold and looked like they were the leftover fries. The shrimp came about 4-5 minutes later but they were very greasy.
The service wasn't as it is in the mornings. Our waitress was young and we assumed she was new so we have zero complaints about her. She was trying very hard to accommodate. However the acting manager could've done better. He wasn't very accommodating and it look like he was frustrated with the issue.
We truly love this location and will frequent again in the future but only in the morning.
