I was in and out within an hour on a Tuesday around 2pm-ish. Walk in the overhead door, sign in at desk. If overhead is closed, the door is to the left of the overhead doors.

Backing in was a bit challenging because they want you to slide your tandems all the way to the back before backing in. There is a row of trucks and trailers direct in the way if you get door 4, 5 or 6. I had #4. There is traffic coming from both directions. Ofcourse the auto drivers think their invincible and absolutely will try to go around the front of you when your backing, their so impatient.

You are not allowed to pull in to the driveway across the street when backing, signs plastered inside regarding that.

Also, keep you doors closed, seal in tact until you back inside the building. Also per their instructions. Engines off....

GPS directions lead you right to the building it is 2nd building on the left you have to walk in through the doors that are next to the dock doors right in the middle.

Backing up is kind of a pain because you have to back into the dock and cross the road that has heavy traffic (find someone to spot you to make it easier).

Dock workers were very nice and helpful with everything. After you dock unhook and drop trailer and pull completely out of the dock past the doors and just sit there...

Dont bother sending a text to that number you wont hear anything from it go to the table and sign in and wait for someone to get a door. Wasted almost 2Hours waiting for a call or text. Tight back if you got dock 2 or 1 very busy street nowhere to park just a perfect chicago experience. Employees were nice and started immediately once i got in...
