This Chipotle is horrible.💯 I used Door Dash and they didn't even want to be accountable for the issue I experienced and ultimately weren't. I called the store several times to speak with a manager and the phone just rang no answer. The food quality and ingredients were inconsistent with what I have experienced and come to expect from Chipotle. Honestly this particular location's offering was more like SHITpotle 💩🌶 !!!!
Instructions were simply not followed, I was cheated on ingredients I not only requested but paid extra for. I ordered a steak bowl and paid for extra chicken instead I recieved half and half if that ????... not my full steak and extra chicken as I paid an extra $4 for, the steak was burnt and hardly present and I couldn't detect much chicken either to my great disappointment.....as much as I order this meal (exact same selection) I instantly knew the difference and also realized that I was given plain diced tomatoes instead of the fresh tomato salsa that I requested and readied my taste buds for.
Additionally the chips weren't the freshest and my Guac was a big piece of avocado in the middle of a bit of guac. The white rice was clumpy and did not carry the lime or cilantro taste as if it had not been prepared or tossed in the seasonings I am accustomed to 🙄 I have also contacted Chipotle corporate because I am so displeased. Look at all the reviews for this location....the majority of us can't possibly be making up the same encounters or deficiencies. I only read the reviews after contacting DoorDash and Chipotle and was not a bit surprised to see that others experienced the same problems I did with the quality ( lack there of ) with the food and the skimping on portions and ingredients too not to mention poor service in the establishment, drive- thru and delivery services. Read moreStarted coming to this new FP location after terrible food at the Oak Park restaurant. Sadly, this one has gone to pot also, or maybe they just took their bad service out on me for having the audacity to get what I paid for.
Ordered guacamole kids meal with beans and corn salsa only to get home and find only beans were in one of the 3 slots, the other 2 were empty. See pic. Couldn’t return to the store until 5+ hours later. They made a new one and gave me UNSEASONED guacamole and beans, and freezy corn salsa. (Prob did something else also but whatever, I survived it.)
Kind of ridiculous to get angry that I came back to get what I paid for. I didn’t speak loudly or yell, but I did ask for a bowl meal since I didn’t eat for nearly 6 hours bc I had meetings and work (and wanted to return with exactly what I received). So I won’t make another online order to this location as I don’t trust them to prepare my order without doing something to my food.
Sad that we’ve come to this. The Melrose Park location has very tasty beans so I’ll just drive a bit further if I get a Chipotle craving.
EDITED, after Chipotle reply, to add: I had already reported my concerns to Chipotle and they gave me a free kids meal in my account. For which I’m grateful. It doesn’t change my review though. And I actually had had to come inside to get my order after waiting in the Chipotlane for 10 minutes past the promised time. I felt for the team there as they didn’t have enough people to handle all the orders.
Still, I should get what I paid for without retaliation. And giving me unseasoned food was uncalled for retaliation. I should have asked them to complete my corrected order in the regular line rather than on the drive thru side where you can’t really see what...
Read moreCame to pick up my DoorDash order today that was supposed to be ready at 11:30. I arrived at 12 o’clock when I arrived. I asked for my order and they told me that I would have to wait for my order. I did wait when I got my order the supervisor Zora. I am unsure on how to spell her name because when I asked her to spell it for me, she told me to spell it the best way I could after she refuse to give me her name. She was completely rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the general manager, who was not in at the time they did give me a card. Her name is Marie Flores. This is completely unacceptable and the attitudes and behavior Was completely unprofessional. There were two staff standing they’re not doing anything who could’ve got my order together, but instead of sat there and talked and made inappropriate joke jokes about how their weekend was. When I asked the staff, could they get my order one who was the assistant supervisor name Muhammad and the other one refused to give me her name once again reported that Zora will be getting it once she had time despite them not doing anything at that moment. I will be calling tomorrow to speak to Maria about the conduct that was just represented in her store.
Also an update on this post because I posted this before I opened up my food and saw that my order is also not Correct. So,not only did I have to wait for my food, got bad service, my food was not correct, cold and super little portion. This place needs a change...
