Went through drive through on Saturday. Ordered a Matcha Tea with almond milk and 2 other items. When I received the drink, I took a sip and it was very sweet (matcha is not usually sweet). I asked staff if there was sugar in this drink (diabetic and restrict sugar). Cashier was not sure so asked the manager who stated no there is not. First I was told that there was no sweetener in it. I asked, "are you sure--it's really sweet." I was then told it was a mix and is pre-sweetened. I asked what it was sweetened with. I could hear the manager's annoyance at this point, yet I needed to know this information. Manager said she did not know. She then looked at the almond milk that was used and it was vanilla almond milk sweetened so that's where the sugar came from. After reading the label on the carton, she slammed it down on the counter. I said to her, "Ma'am lose the attitude." I said that I could not accept the drink and was asking for a replacement drink. She said, "Oh, do you want your money back and basically pushed the cashier out of the way, hastily voided that portion of the purchase, and just gave me back the money. The cashier was nice but the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is a customer service position. Staff should be aware of what is in the products that they offer for the benefit of the customer. My questions were valid and needed to be courteously answered, which they were not. I was at the window maybe a total of 1 to 2 minutes.
As far as the other items I ordered, the egg, ham and cheese sandwich was good as well as the decaf coffee for my mother. he cashier should really have received at least 4 stars because he was friendly and actually tried to get the answer for me.
The 1 star rating is for management's poor customer service. Would not recommend this DD for poor customer service based upon my experience with the very rude and...
Read moreI have come to this location numerous times, because it's closest to my residence. Most of the times, I've received mediocre service and food. However, today's experience has prompted me to do this review. The young lady at the window (who I believe was originally taking my order before someone who was more professional stepped in to finish taking my order) gave little regard to me by shoving my coffee out the window with her body turned away and handing me a box with my less than quality breakfast sandwich in it along with 3 crumpled napkins. She said nothing to me but the total, didn't put the item in a bag or offer one. I would have said something directly to her but I know it would have turned out to be confrontational just based on her level of customer service and lack of professionalism. It is my hope that management will stress the importance of giving good customer service and especially coach this young lady on how to be a better customer service professional. Having people like her as the first line of your business will cause this location to ultimately close if left...
Read moreThis Dunkin Donuts is by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I do not know why they are still in business when they don’t ever have anything in stock or their machines are always “broken”. I should of learned not to return after both experiences prior to this was absolutely absurd. The staff members are completely rude and the environment is so unprofessional. I went to purchase a bagel and went through the drive thru and when I approached the window to pay, I paid. I waited about two minutes to just hear from the employee “I already gave you your bag with your bagel” …. “No, you did not give me my bag with my bagel”. I was than told to wait with no clue with what was going on. I than received my bagel and when I arrived home it was just like this. Like really??? I went back and asked for my money back. Also, I HIGHLY recommend you all to get your receipt to complain because this behavior is totally...
