Review of Dunkin' Donuts: Disappointing Refill Policy
I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and was surprised to find out about their refill policy, or lack thereof, for their own branded cups. As a loyal customer who enjoys their coffee, I've always appreciated the convenience of bringing my own cup and assumed I could get a refill at a discounted price.
Upon inquiry, the manager informed me that refills on Dunkin' Donuts branded cups actually cost more than a new cup of coffee. This policy seems counterintuitive and quite disappointing for regular customers like myself who prefer to reduce waste and reuse our cups.
While I understand that policies can vary between franchises, it was disheartening to learn that Dunkin' Donuts doesn't incentivize customers to use their own cups in a more environmentally friendly manner. In fact, it feels like a missed opportunity for the company to promote sustainability and encourage customers to make eco-conscious choices.
I hope Dunkin' Donuts reevaluates this policy to better align with current environmental concerns and customer expectations. A more reasonable refill policy would not only benefit customers but also reflect positively on the company's commitment to sustainability. Until then, I'll have to reconsider how I support Dunkin' Donuts when choosing where to grab my next...

Idk why they have this store open they always missing something ! Stores needs to be closed or managed by better ppl! Don't get me started on the store manager that call you back to find out what happen when "manager" mistreated my husband at the drive through and said he was going to end a gift card for trouble and not getting our orders that was a total lie ! Read moreI stop by this Dunkin Donuts every morning for a muffin and a donut. It's convenient and on the way to where I'm going. The service is always great. I'm usually taken care of by a young girl. She's super sweet and friendly, and gets everything done quickly. Even when there's a line, I'm in and out within a couple minutes. The only thing I'm extremely disappointed in, is that twice this week I got home and realized the muffin was completely burnt. The top of it was dark brown and rock hard. 😑 I'm not sure who keeps burning the muffins but they need to keep an eye on that. It is too far for me to drive back and ask for another one or for a refund, but from now on I'm going to have to check and make sure nothing is burnt before I leave there. The photos are from 3 different days.
EDIT: It happened again today. Totally burnt. I'm not going to be stopping here on the way to work anymore. I'll find another location that doesn't burn...
