Summary: Excellent thin crust pizza, stellar wait staff, more to come. --- As a newly opened restaurant, it is not surprising to have hand written menus. Later we learn the menu will be changing often (weekly?) based on the fresh ingredients available and the chef's imagination. So, menus will probably be hand written in the future. A great reason to return. --- The pizza crust is thin, firm, and chewy-soft. With the changing menu, the crust will be a solid constant. The sausage pizza has a hint of fennel in it, which I enjoyed. The margarita pizza comes with separate salt, peppers, and oregano spices for you to add to your heart's content. Oh, and a small cup of garlic dip for the pizza crust. Yum. Pasta dishes are also available on the menu. --- There are a half-dozen appetizers. The meatball appetizer had three good-sized meatballs on a bed of ricotta cheese. The meat, ricotta, and red sauce goes well on the toasted bread. --- A reasonable selection of beers and wines are offered. The restaurant makes it's own lemoncello that is served in shots. It is like liquid lemon drop candy. It may be too pleasantly drinkable. The bar has other speciality drinks on the hand-written menu. I checked out the single malt Scotch behind the bar. They had a 10 yr Ardbeg that is plenty full of peat smoke. There is also a fine Balvenie for a less smoke filled scotch. --- The wait staff takes care of you without being part of your dinner experience. However, on the Wednesday night when we closed the place, they had time time to chat and proved to be warm souls. Staff makes or breaks a restaurant, so staff training often proves to be the key to long-term restaurant success. So far, well done. Coming Attractions: 1) There is a small grocery being built in the restaurant where the in-store pasta will be sold, along with bakery items, possibly Italian espresso, and other marvels to be revealed. 2) There is a chocolate room near the kitchen in the back. This is not where the chocolates are stored, this is where the chocolates are made. I have tried three; port, fruit, tequila. They are dark and wonderful. 3) In time, lessons on how to make your own pasta or chocolate should be offered. The rooms look large enough to accommodate a class size of four to six, more? --- Recommended for anyone in or around...
Read moreOh, where do I even begin with Fiore Pizzaria and Bakery? This place is an absolute gem, and my taste buds are still singing from the incredible meal I had there. I had the pleasure of trying their truffle honey pizza and pistachio ice cream cake, and both were simply divine.
Let's start with the truffle honey pizza. From the very first bite, I was transported to foodie heaven. The crust was crispy and thin, with just the right amount of chewiness. The toppings were perfectly balanced, with the savory truffle flavor complemented by the sweet and fragrant honey. The caramelized and roasted garlic just put and already amazing pizza over the top. It was a flavor combination that I had never experienced before, and let me tell you, it was love at first bite. This pizza was so delicious that I couldn't resist ordering a second one to take home with me!
Now, let's talk about the pistachio ice cream cake. This dessert was a work of art. The cake was dense and rich, with a delicate pistachio flavor that wasn't overpowering. The layers of creamy, velvety ice cream were heavenly, and the crunchy pistachio bits added the perfect texture. It was a dessert that was both rich and light at the same time, and I couldn't get enough of it.
Overall, I can confidently say that Fiore Pizzaria and Bakery is a must-visit for anyone who loves good food. The truffle honey pizza and pistachio ice cream cake are just two examples of the exceptional quality and creativity that this restaurant and bakery has to offer. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

He was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, and his friendly and attentive demeanor made us feel right at home. It's always a pleasure to have a server who goes above and beyond to make your meal special, and Freddy definitely did just that. Thank you, Freddy, for making our dining experience at Fiore Pizzaria and Bakery even...
Read moreI had hoped to be writing a review about the food but unfortunately wasn't given that opportunity. We got there for brunch just after 10 this Saturday( it was me and my husband, our toddler and our baby) and we waited to be helped for a few minutes when someone from behind the bar walked over and told us "we aren't open, we don't open until 11" to which I questioned don't you open at 10 and he told me " the hours changed, they must not have changed it online yet, sorry, But you can get donuts and coffee from glazed" 🙄 My issue here is why are the doors unlocked/open, the patio set and the rolling doors to the patio open with music playing if you all aren't open?? Then we stepped over to glazed and picked out several donuts and ordered coffees and when we went to pay we had a gift card to redeem to which we were told hold on I'm trying to figure it out then she came back and said the Internet is down and she couldn't use the gift card and presented us with paying for the entire bill without the gift card no other option. So if the Internet was down how were you going to be able to process a card payment but not a gift card redemption? Why not offer to keep the gift card and take 25 off the bill and we can pay the remainder?? Just awful experience and service all around. It's hard enough to wait for brunch hours and get out with 2 young children but then to not even be able to eat and be left scrambling for options in the area as we had already parked and paid for parking to even go there before finding...
