I have not been to Jimmy John's in about a year because my last experience was terrible. Today was no different. As always they messed up my sandwiches.    Read moreI decided to go to this location on my way home instead of the one I usually go closer to home because there's a drive-thru and my baby had fallen asleep. They were super rude. Horrible attitude over the speaker from the get-go. I get we all have bad days, but as soon as I pulled up I was just greeted with an attitude. I couldn't get a name because there was no name tag and I wasn't issued a receipt so... oh well.    Read moreThe restaurant wasnât busy at all and as soon as I walked in the cashier didnât acknowledge me I was just standing there. She had the worst attitude throughout the whole interaction. From the time I walked in and left I would say she took half and hour to just make a simple sub. I already reached out to corporate and will be taking this matter to the higher ups ( district and regional manager ) It seems like the management there also donât care as all the reviews are stating the same exact thing and nothing is changing.
