Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Proviso Township

This store is completely understaffed and an absolute mess. There are items all over the floor. In some aisles, they were completely blocked by merchandise. There is absolutely no order to anything in this store. Whoever is in charge or reshop, I feel sorry for them. Nothing is where it's supposed to be. No one is handling the up keep of the store.

After finding the one thing I came for, I had gone up to pay. There was no one else in line. One of the cashiers was helping someone with jewelry, the other was filling candy. I can understand why the one cashier couldn't help me, but the one filling the impulse items, how did she not understand to pull herself away and check the customer out? It took her almost 5 minutes to get the idea to check us out.

This store needs new management. I understand that this store might be understaffed, but you should have anyone and everyone on deck during the black...

This place has improved from the last couple times Inhad shopped there, not measy or disorganized as it used to be. Found some nice tops, and decorations for my garden a bery reasonable prices. Not too crowed when I was there, they do have disinfecting wipes so you can wipe down your shopping cart making it clean and semi germ free. What I really liked is that they have an Amazon locker right by the registers which I find convenient since the store is ooen until Midnight it gives us plenty of time to go...

I had a terrible experience with the cashier Samantha and the lady who said she's the manager named Danielle. I went to exchange shoes with tickets on plus I made another big buy and they both were so rude and refused to exchange them . They started yelling at me and wanting to fight me on very bad confrontation . This was a present I went with my grandad and he felt so guilty on his birthday for having bought the wrong size.
